Great product
I have been swimming a lot recently and wanted to make the jump from a jammer to this. It felt odd to wear in public at the pool at first but I got used to it quickly like the jammer before it. It is really comfortable for lap swimming and gives the least resistance in the water. It was a tight fit as expected but seems to have loosened a bit in the following weeks. I would suggest the size Amazon recommends if it has been accurate for you in the past.

Way too small
I've got plenty to pack in there but I normally wear a 32 and due to all the reviews I ordered a 34. Now wishing I'd ordered a 35 or maybe even a 36. I can wear the 34 I ordered but its tight in there. Well made product.

It’s hard to measure appropriate waist sizes with Speedo products. What you think is too big is too small; what you think is too small is not big enough. I ordered size 38 (still too small) I wear a size 33

Nice Speedo
I bought two. This one and another in black. Very little difference except this one doesn’t have a seam down the center of the pouch. This one is comfortable and I like the color. Should last a while as I don’t get to wear it often. Be sure to wash and hang to dry especially after using in chlorine pool as the chemical will cause fading. I’ve had good luck in salt water pool with no fading.

Good quality brief
This Speedo Power Flex Eco Solar 1 swim brief is comfortable to wear and fits just a bit tighter than other darker color Solar 1 briefs that don't have a liner in the rear. This brief shouldn't have a liner in the rear and the red fabric should be dark enough to prevent it from being translucent when wet. If Speedo wants to keep the liner in the rear, they should use the thinner, white liner like they use in the front of the brief. They have done this before with other Power Flex Eco Solar 1 briefs. I like the pouch in front that gives my above average size package enough room to expand and move around creating a nice bulge profile. These swim briefs are good for the beach and pool. On hotter and more humid days, I wear them around the house and are comfortable enough to sleep in.

I was disappointed at first because I had ordered a 32 (I usually wear a 31 pants) and what arrived was a 30. I wanted to start training so I just went with it. Turns out that was the right size after all. Definitely feels tight and small to start but just right once you’re in the water. No drag at all and no butt slips. (Haven’t dove in with it but I imagine it would hold tight.) The string is a bit long but better than being too short. Definitely will get again when this one has had too much chlorine. Greta suit. Probably size down.

You can't beat the classics, and the original Speedo is still the best. Definitely size up though, as they are very snug.
