You can now do all kinds of leg stretches very easily, especially your hamstrings
I use this ball for back therapy and it works fantastically. I use the ball kind of squishy where you can compress it about two inches. Sitting on the floor with legs straight and the ball against your back, lean back against the and roll your back over the ball until your shoulders are on the floor and and your behind is on top of the ball. You can now do all kinds of leg stretches very easily, especially your hamstrings. Use gravity to let your legs come close to your arms, and you can easily grab your ankles and stretch your hamstrings even more, again very easily with no discomfort. My lower back is toast and I have sciatica in my right leg and this stretching and spine decompression using the ball has really helped. Once you back is up on the ball you can move down the ball to decompress you middle spine. Lock you arms behind your head and just move down the ball until it gets to the bottom of your shoulder blades. Do not go any higher towards your head to protect your cervical spine; stop at the shoulder blades. The ball grips you very nicely while you are doing these stretches and movements, just go slowly and always keep your balance. This is making a huge difference for me and I am regaining my mobility very nicely.

A ball was had by all!
Inflates easily. Nice jolly colour, ideal for dogs. My puppy gets a great workout chasing this thing (she's a Boxer). Made in Thailand, which you don't often see. Good family fun.

Won't Hold Air
This ball had a leak in the valve, it wouldn't hold the air pumped into it. We were very disappointed.
