Great Product , but ......... ?

This replacement part was good but has a problem dispersing the cutter line when you Tap to extend line. I tried loosening the line on the spool / NO help & then changing to my type of line, again NO GO...... Finally I check the spring in the New Head & it was bit taller than my Old Spring......MAYBE mine was Broke IN ? Tried it in the NEW Head and BINGO ! I'M Back in Business . Well its Great to be Flexible .

Not Functional, binds and does not release the trim line.

Terrible design, just installed after a 2 week vacation and found it absolutely useless. My biggest regret is that I cannot return the item since I missed the return window.

String doesn’t feed out

This trimmer is supposed to have the string feed out after tapping it on the ground. However, it does not.
