Very comfortable

I purchased two xl twins to use for camping with the intent to put them side by side and create a large bed for our family of 4 (we have young kids). We haven't used them for camping yet, although I don't anticipate any problems. I have used them several times to set up a large bed on the floor and elevating one end with blankets and pillows when my oldest had a head cold and having trouble sleeping when lying flat. The divided sections work well for this purpose. I found the mattresses to be incredibly comfortable. If someone was looking for an inexpensive bed for long term use I would not hesitate to recommend this mattress, provided they were on the smaller side. I am 5'8" 150lbs. I don't feel the floor under me except occasionally when sleeping on my side. My husband is 6'2" 250 and he has more troubIe on his side. I tried sleeping with the mattresses doubled up and that eliminated that problem. They are not overly heavy, my 5 yr old can pick them up and maneuver them. I do not notice the folds when sleeping on them and as long as i put a yoga mat underneath to keep them from sliding apart, i also do not notice a gap between them when set up as a large bed. And so far they have held up well to my kids jumping and sliding and being crazy on them. Would recommend and would buy again.

I WISH IT WOULD HAVE BEEN BETTER

I do like that customer service was so helpful and speedy with helping me resolve my issues. Not many people have the same needs, everyone is different some prefer a harder surface and other a softer one to lay down. For me it was just too soft and it didn’t work out but again I did like that customer service was so awesome and understanding and handled my inquiries so professionally. I was surprised how awesome they were. I would recommend them to anyone but again for me personally it was softer than I’d hope and after opening it I thought it would’ve been thicker than it actually was even after giving it a couple days to inflate itself. It didn’t get as big as I’d hoped. But still not a bad product.

Not super comfortable

It's usable, but it is kind of thin. Good for if you have someone over for a few nights. Much better than an air mattress, nice that it folds up and comes with a bag. Handy to have around

Great customer service

The mattress arrived with multiple snags on the knit side of it; it was well wrapped so snags occurred before shipping. Company responded immediately to my complaint and worked hard to find solutions. They refunded $35 of the purchase price so I could purchase a mattress cover to prevent further snagging. Using knit material on one side of mattress is a design flaw and they should change to another fabric type. I’m pleased with company response and other than the flawed knit fabric it’s a great mattress.

Very soft and comfortable

I was a little worried because I don’t have a lot of space for storage, but this doesn’t take up a lot of space folded up. I store it under my bed when not in use and I still have a lot of space left. It’s super soft and comfortable. I’ve used it with guests and even they were surprised at how comfortable it is. They’re planning on getting one themselves! We’re also planning on bring on our trip for extra bedding in our AirBNB cause there’s going to be a lot of us. I highly recommend getting this!

Very comfortable and easy to store

I bought this so we could have a more comfortable place for visitors to sleep. Since the whole work from home thing started our spare bedroom was converted into an office so we don't have the full space for visitors to stay. We've previously used a blow up mattress, which is great for storage, but wasn't great for my parents, plus... I have cats.. So the blow up mattress would stay blown up for exactly 7.4 seconds before it got a leak. After buying an air mattress every time my parents visited I finally relented and bought this. The measurements are exactly as described, there's a nice storage bag that comes with it- although we haven't used that yet because my son has currently stolen the mattress for his room. We use a sheet on it but the cover feels soft and breathes well. My parents just visited and they were very happy with the new mattress. It's obviously better than a blow up mattress, but even my Dad commented on how comfortable it was. It's soft and you don't feel like you're on the floor at all. They slept on it for 5 days and were comfortable the while time. We bought the full size and it comfortably slept both of my parents. We were still working while they stayed so if we needed the room back in the office it was nice to be able to fold back up and down as needed. It has handles and is incredibly easy to fold, I can do it one handed. When it folds up we just leave it against the wall and the pillows fit on top nicely, it's compact and out of the way. It's so comfortable my son has claimed it as a couch in his room since my parents left. He enjoys it folded up and hangs out playing his tablet on it. As a hint- buy it a little earlier than you need it, it has a memory foam smell when you first take it out. After leaving it open for a few days, the smell was gone. TL:DR- soft and comfortable, easy to fold, 1000% better than an air mattress, my cats can't pop it, the memory foam smell disappears quickly
