Awesome add on to our swingset

This swing is awesome, it is very sturdy, easy to install and my Granddaughter LOVES it. Sorry I didn't buy it sooner :)

Kids too young to use (6,7)

Great idea and if it held more than 115 lbs I would try it! Unfortunately, we will have to wait a little while for the kids to grow enough to get the coordination to use it - hence the 4 stars. I tip the bottom to vertical so rain can drain off the foot wells so no mold or stagnant water pools.

Length is tricky & rain wells up.

I would give this swing board a 5 star review with the exception of a couple of things...this is outdoors, and every time it rains, it wells up with water, in the foot-holds. Over time, when not in use, it gets slimy/mildew builds up, which is a safety hazard. If it had drainage holes, it would be much better and safer. The other thing that in my opinion, is a safety hazard, which we rigged up...the chains are way longer than what we needed for my child to stand on. We have a larger little tykes swing set, and replaced one of two swing seats, with this foot board swing, and the chains are so long at the top, that we had to loop them over the top bar twice, and they still have another loop created where the coated part starts. I don’t have bolt cutters, but I’d imagine that you would need them to properly use the right length on the swing.

Needs to attach in two places

This was easy to assemble and my daughter loves it, its a nice addition to the other swingset activities. Learning moment: at first we tried it on a single swivel for a tire swing but this was not adequate for gaining momentum so I put in two eye bolts and it works great. We also tried swapping it with a seated swing (swing rockers for hardware) and that works well too.

Revived my boring swingset.

My kids claimed they were too old for the swingset now. I got this and my 12 year old and 2 10 year olds love it.
