Worst wood screws I've ever used

The first time I tried to drive these into a stud, I stripped the heads on the first 3 screws. I had a feeling of dread, because I knew I'd have to drive about 30 more of these. Luckily, the heads were so soft, I could squeeze them with a pair of channel locks to flatten them and then reverse 2 of them out. One of them twisted off about half way through and it still sitting in the stud, immortalized in my wall. So I thought I'd drill some pilot holes because these screws were a bit fragile. The next 6 I drove into the pilot holes twisted off in the studs. If you value your sanity, don't buy these screws. I had to finish off the project with drywall screws, which were cheaper AND harder, though they don't bite into the cabinet rails like it was specified. I included pictures of some of the broken and stripped screws I ended up with.
