Good all day work shoes

Originally purchased a size 7 which my wife normally wears and shoes were too tight. Exchanged for a 7.5 and she is very happy now. If mama aint happy then nobody is happy. :)

Great for standing, not for walking.

I have found that after wearing these shoes, they are good for standing at work on concrete floors but horrible for walking on concrete floors. These also arrive dented and scratched. I only kept them because I didn't have anything to wear for my new job. I have since then bought elsewhere for a better shoe. I am upset that they arrived used ( scratch) and dented. The arch support wasn't enough for me and the toe box was true to size only in the morning. During the afternoon shift, as most feet swell, these pinched and hurt. I couldn't wait to take them off! I tried these shoes for over month and I already notice that the insoles are getting flat. The company made a much better shoe in this style a few years ago but they discontinued it. Everything about this shoe is not the same as the original.

Comfortable shoe if that’s what you’re looking for.

I bought this shoe last December and I was only been using it for about 6 months now for work. I’m a nurse manager and compare with the floor nurses I’m not usually 8 hours on my feet. I have noticed that the upper material has already been chipped off the first month. If it’s a genuine leather it shouldn’t be chipping away from the creases. This has been my second pair since I bought my first one long time ago and that was really a genuine leather I can tell and I used it for several years with no problem. But this shoe is great on the arch support and for those people that have aches or fatigue when standing. I just want that Timberland will support of what they claimed for their products. It not fair to charge the customers for same more expensive prices when the quality or materials used are not that great for originality.

My back feels great - good support, very loud after a while!

I recently got a job that involves standing for about 8 hours at a doctor's office. The shoes I was using were very comfortable but I am not used to standing for so long so my feet began hurting and my lower back was killing me. My husband is a chef and he uses shoes of a similar style so I decided to try them and these had good reviews so why not. I got the 8.5 as that is normally my size but realized I got the 8.5B and I could not get my foot into the shoe. I exchanged them for the wide ones and voila, they fit perfectly. I've used them for about 3 days now and from day one I've have zero back pain (which was driving me crazy as I regularly don't have back pain). My feet are still bothering me (though considerably less than they were before these shoes) after a long day but I also have heel spurs so I don't expect these to perform miracles. It's just amazing how my back pain is gone. Update Edit 1/14/15 These shoes have slowly but surely become very loud after wearing them for a few months. I still don't have back pain which is great and I have not stopped using them, but they're very loud against the floor and even on their own (when I shift my weight from one leg to the other, the shoes creak so loudly! Not good when being in a tiny quiet room in a Doctor's office). I think I will be looking for a different pair soon because I can't take the noise anymore.

Love My Timberlands

After reading reviews and doing some research I bought the Timberland Pro Renova Pro shoes. I work in a pharmacy and am on my feet 13 hours 3 days a week. Very long days!! My tennis shoes were wearing out quicker and not giving me the support I needed. When I purchased these shoes, I had also ordered a pair of Reeboks just in case, and also I needed another pair of tennis shoes. I received my Timberlands on a Monday night, after I had worked a 13 hour day. I put them on the next morning and while I was working I had forgotten I even had shoes on. By the end of the day and night, my legs were not sore, my feet were not hurting and my lower back was not aching!! I LOVE these shoes. I look forward to putting them on everyday! Seriously! I even wore them out shopping this past weekend and enjoyed walking, and not being tired. I recommend them to anyone who works on their feet all day. They are stylish, many people, including my manager, who is a man commented on them and what a good looking shoe they are. He was even go to buy his wife a pair. The sizing is correct, I wear a 7 1/2 and it fit perfectly. Also, this is my 1st review on any product. I just felt compelled to let others know who are thinking about buying a pair to do so, it is worth the investment.

Sturdy, wear very well

I work very long hours as a shift lead in a restaurant. These shoes are very high quality and well made, have not worn out at all. My only issues is they just arent very comfortable on the bottom. I've even purchased new high dollar inserts that were over $80. Still they just arent very cushioned or comfortable to stand in for 8-13hr shifts on extremely hard floors. Dont know how to make these sturdy durable shoes more pleasant to wear all day. I would still purchase this brand again and do highly reccomend them to others.

Did not live up to my expectations

I am on my feet all day and have been searching for work shoes that will at least make my day endurance. These are not them! My feet have been aching since day one of receiving them. Would not recommend nor would I purchase them again.

You need to size up

I like the shoes- however, I am a true 6.5 in a regular shoe , however, I always buy a 7 for my working shoes for more room- I bought this shoe in a size 7 and it fits like a 6.5. I’m a nurse , and when standing for 12-13 plus hours- these shoes feel right— I would recommend you go up a full size from your regular shoe size -

Best working shoes!

These shoes are great for working on your feet for long periods of time. They are the most comfortable shoes l have ever owned - and l have worn these for 12 hour shifts. It is definitely worth it to spend the money on these. I highly recommend this brand and type of shoe. So comfortable!

Great quality shoe but if you have a high arch it can be a tad uncomfortable. Try to buy bigger to ease this discomfort.
