I looked for this perfect fit for years and then I found it!

I had a lot of trouble finding the perfect dish to be outside around one of my large planters that seemed to have a leak since day one. This product saved the day!! Its sturdy, and weather resistant and serves my needs perfectly!

Super durable (even in freezing weather)

Great plant trays! We have a few of these in different shapes and sizes; they are durable with a lip that’s high enough to make for great water capacity. One comes into the house during winter (to go under a planter of rosemary); the rest stay outside in the freezing weather and do just fine. Sizing is generous — so 12 inches in diameter for example really means 12 inches ... and then some for the lip.

Larger than 12 inches

Great quality but they are not 12 inches. They are over 13 inches interior and over 14 inches exterior. If you plan to use them in a confined space know that the dimensions are bigger than stated.

I do like the "fitted" look of the 12 inch but it's ...

Inside dimension is 12x12 the outside dimension is 14x14. With a 11 inch base urn there's an inch square around and it's only enough for 8 oz of water without overflow. With this 11 inch urn base I probably should have gotten the 14 inch coaster but it might look bulky. I do like the "fitted" look of the 12 inch but it's true it won't retain much water. Costly for what you get. It's nothing special just formed black plastic. Can't find this size at the big box store.

Has not faded or cracked in over six months of use outdoors

Great product ... the Tusco 12 inch black square saucer does a great job collecting plant overwatering. Purchased for the front porch and have not seen any fading or cracks from over six months of outdoor use.

Sturdy Plant Saucer

This is a thick and sturdy saucer that I'm using with a large heavy clay pot indoors. The black blends well and compliments the jade green pot, yet doesn't stand out like a sore thumb. I did a lot of searching at various websites for a saucer that could hold a fair amount of water, and also hold a heavy pot but couldn't find anything that was reasonably priced as this. This is working very well.

Worth the money!

I use this for an indoor plant... I have complete confidence water will never get on my floor with using this saucer!

Saves our deck from stains

It is a little oversized than the size states but I believe that's because it's sized for what will fit inside. Also, if it's outdoors and can be rained on, you'll find that the saucer fills up with rain water.
