Now.... ...we match. A while back, I ordered the Mens TYR durafast swim brief in this exact pattern/color (this one): https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0B146KP4T/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&th=1&psc=1 If you are a fan of purple and camo, this suit is the one for you. So, Misses Shops Too Much and I do a lap swim workout together at a local gym (and me at the local muni pool by myself). How fun to be "matchy-matchy".... Well, I think so anyway. This type of suit is Misses Shops too much's favorite type of suit to do her lap swim workouts in. She started swimming competitively at age 5 and continued through college. Now her swim workouts are for wellness, health and exercise. Old habits die hard and though she no longer races, this type is still her suit of choice. As such, she has more of a swimmer's body. What that means is a longer torso, somewhat flat in the front and bigger in the back from all those years of swimming. I say that because she says, "if you're larger in the front this might kind of smash you, especially if you have a large back *and* front" so she suggests ordering up (a size) if that's you. I ordered this in a size 36 to accommodate that long torso; though the rest of her body would do well in a 34 (she is 5'5" 120 pounds). This is a great, sporty looking suit; like mine, the colors are vivid and the graphics sharp. One of her other comments about this particular suit was: "this gives good coverage of the butt...it's not like it's an old lady suit, but it comes up a little higher than some of my other suits, yet doesn't come up too high..." You can see this in images number 3 & 5 on the product page. She has fairly muscular glutes, so take that into account. This is consistent with all our other TYR suits and appears to be of quality materials and workmanship. Glad I ordered it. I hope this review has been helpful and enabled you to make an informed purchase decision. I rarely give an overall 5 star rating.

Runs Small

This is a stylish, eye-catching athletic swimsuit. I ordered mine in Red Lapped and the color and pattern are flattering on me. After swimming in it, I can report that it's comfortable and doesn't feel heavy in the water at all. It seems durable so I'm optimistic about how it will hold up over time. The drawback is that it runs small. I'm 5'5½" and weigh around 120 to 125 lbs. I'm usually an XS or an S in all of my clothing, but I order a size up on swimwear since it can be tight. I ordered this suit in a 34, which according to the TYR Size Chart is the equivalent of an M. I'm able to get in it and it feels comfortable in the water, but it is tight and it's on the smaller side, even for me. I found myself having to readjust around the butt constantly to avoid showing too much. In addition, I felt like I wasn't getting the coverage that I'm used to around the groin area. It was nothing obscene, but I was more aware of how it fit in that area compared to other one-piece athletic swimsuits I own. This swimsuit comes in a lot of lovely colors and designs—I found it difficult to choose just one—and it looks great, but I'd advise anyone considering buying one to double-check your measurements and order up.

Beautiful suit

I love the color of this suit and it's got a nice, raised Tyr logo in silver. It's an attractive, solid color. I bought a size 38 (XXL) which is my usual size in Tyr suits. I find the torso is short and they run small, even for a competition swimsuit. I am usually a small to medium, size 4-6 in most sizes and 5'3", 130 lb, 34c just to give you perspective on the size chart. Even the 38 feels tight in a new suit for me, but over time they stretch so it's more comfortable. The material is a bit thin in my opinion so it doesn't provide the best coverage in cold water. Hopefully it holds up to the chlorinated water where I lap swim. I do love the color and style of this suit!

Holds shape well!

TLDR: Chlorine resistant suit that fits nice and keep ya swimming! We swim at our local Y about twice to three times a week, so we kill bathing suits. Talking to the lifeguards, they recommended getting a suit that was chlorine resistant as that would help the suits maintain the color and elasticity of the suit. So happy we found this one! I’ve been swimming with it for two months now and the suit still fits like it did day one. My other suits by now would be getting looser and the color getting bleached. This has already survived longer and held up better!!

Perfect teen swimsuit

My daughter (13 years old - 4’ 11” and 80 lbs) has joined swim team for the summer and needed new swim suits. Found this one and she loves it. Fits well and she says that she extra fast now thanks to this suit. The suit feels very high quality. I would recommend to others.

Runs a bit small

I ordered up one size and this suit fits great. The material is thin and doesn't weigh you down in the water. It is lined in black in the inside. I love the color, it is a black and blue design, with bright blue trim. It looks very nice on.

Fit way off, too small

I am 5’7, 130 pounds, used the TYR size chart and selected a large. The suit was t even close to fitting, the straps too short and suit way too tight. I actually thought I’d orders a children’s size, but I didn’t,
