Works for large bust - size up 1

Great material and coverage. I'm a 34H and 5'10" and size 36 fit comfortably. The foam cups seem like they are just there as nipple shields but they don't impact the shape of the swimsuit. Overall it's comfortable, fits well, and contains my chest.

If you have broad shoulders

If you have broad shoulders, like I do, the shoulder straps are a little tight. I haven’t worn this in the water yet so hopefully that’ll help break this swimsuit in. But I’ve used TYR swimsuits since I was a kid (used to swim competitively) and honestly this has always been a TYR issue. But man does this suit really flatter the body! I’m in love with that part!

Great Fitness Suit

This is a great swim suit. Fit is flattering and the straps stay put even through hour long swimming and drill classes. One note for the taller ladies out there: I think the the torso seems fairly short in this suit, so if you have a longer torso, you may want to look for an alternate suit. I am about 5'6" (175lb) with long legs and an average to slightly short torso (though I am busty too - 34DD - which takes up some room - and I do wish the front panel was about an inch or two taller, but the girls manage to stay inside) and I found this suit feels just a tick snug vertically. This works for me, but I could imagine if you were taller, or longer torsoed, it may be a bit too snug. Overall, I have a hard time finding suits that support the girls well and keep everything in place, and this suit definitely does the trick. I also like that the fabric of this suit is pretty sturdy and it is fully lined, and you can remove the cups from the shelf bra if you don't need them. I've only had the suit about 2 months, but it seems to be holding up well through 2-3 swims a week and I am looking to buy a second one to alternate with.

Good overall fitness suit

The fabric is very soft yet supportive. I haven't had it long enough to know if it will hold up well. I probably could have gone a size smaller but I don't like my suits too tight. It has a shelf bra and these removable foam cups that I just took out and tossed. The straps fit a little close to the shoulders so if you have narrow shoulder, slippage could be a problem. I haven't had a problem but I do notice that few of the more serious lap swimmers wear suits with this strap style. The back comes up nice and high in the back and the bottom is conservative. I swim freestyle and backstroke and occasionally do aerobics and this suit is fine for both. The color is beautiful. A nice change from black without getting too bright. I would recommend this suit. If it wears well, I plan to order another.

Unreasonably short

I loved TYR when I could fit into their regular sized suits, and I had really high hopes for this suit. I ordered a 24 (plus) because it matched up with my measurements except for the torso which was much shorter than I am. I didn't really expect it to be an issue (because I've ordered another popular swimming brand's suits with similar measurements and they fit fine). When I opened the suit, I knew there would be an issue. It didn't even look proportional. When I tried it on, it looked ridiculous. Either my extra fluff was exposed above my legs or my bust was completely out, like the suspender shapewear that goes around your bra. It was way too wide in between the straps. I have trouble understanding why ANY swimsuit would have a U-shaped back instead of a racerback, let alone a suit that's supposed to be used for activity. I am giving it 2 stars: one for the material. It did have good control and it was a lot nicer than the other brand's chlorine-resistant material which sometimes causes chafing. The other star is because it had a little pleating on the side seam of the bust which was a nice touch to make sure there was some extra space for bustier women. To improve, I would say: make the suit longer with more conservative leg holes, give it a racerback, and make it a supportive sports bra instead of padding. If a sports bra holds me in while running, it'll hold me in while swimming. Make sure the sports bra goes closer to the underarms though so there isn't anything spilling out.

Comfortable and flattering

I wear the suit for water aerobics and it's working out great. I had been wearing a racer-back style, and I was concerned that the straight straps on this suit might fall off my shoulders, but they stay in place. The square neck is very flattering - I got several compliments the first time I wore it. I would agree with other reviews that this suit would probably not work for a long torso however. I'm short (5'1") and curvy, and it fits great on me.

Excellent suit!

Very well made suit that looks durable and has a nice full lining. The bra inside is good support for full figures. The bra pads inside do move about which can lead to a bunched up look as others have indicated - but if you do arrange them before donning the suit, it’s okay. Enough coverage for your bottom, not high cut/revealing but not matronly either. Have done laps in it comfortably. I would buy this again for sure!

This suit is falling apart after 3 months use.

I bought this Polyester suit with high hopes it would last a season or two of twice weekly aquafit however right out of the gate the bra pads were folded in half and I could never get them to stay unfolded. With in the first month I noticed the inner lining turning white and eventually the entire suit followed. I did also notice orange stitching up both sides of the suit as well. I am usually a speedo wearer so this was rather shocking as TYR is also a big player is the swim suit world, Save your money and find a different suit.

came with deodorant stains under both armpits

Amazon, I tried to contact you directly through this site to advise you of the deodorant stains but it was impossible; thus, putting it in the review. This was a gift for my mother and she loves the swimsuit but was shocked at how dirty it was when it arrived.
