Does not fit into an M5-tapped hole
Reasonably good quality screws. However, the size seems to be a little bigger than M5, and would not fit into my stainless steel tube that is tapped using an M5 tap bit.

Very good screws
These are high quality screws. They are indeed stainless steel and accurately sized. I used these because I ran out of low profile socket head cap m5 screws that I purchased with my OpenBuilds order. I was able to use these in any place where low profile was not a requirement. The heads of these screws are probably about 2.5-3mm thick, including the height of the "cushion" at the center point. The phillips cut is deep and easy to torque down with a PH2 screwdriver. Highly recommend and these are a good price. If you need low profile, look for the OpenBuilds M5 socket head cap screws. At the time of this writing, they are available in packs of 100 for about $15-$20.

These work great on German cars as rear plate screws. BMW specifically. Good quality, well machined screws.
