Het roestvrijstalen filtergaas is ontworpen om onzuiverheden te filteren. U kunt een laag gaas aanbrengen voor de filtratie-inlaat voor een nieuwe geboorde put die overmatig korrelig sediment kan bevatten. Houd onzuiverheden buiten de deur zonder hoofdpijn. 4” pvc too tight to slide down
That Pump would not fit down my PVC 4 inch casing. Inside dimensions are… actual size of pipe was 3-7/8 Too tight had to go another route. 3” pump. So really can’t give a fare rating!

The fit
This is good but it fits to tight in 4 inch pipe. Buy 5 inch or more for easy fit. The wires sticks out to much to fit the 4 inch pipe. They should have made the wires come in from the top not the side that is the mistake that the manufacturer made.

Product delievered to wrong address
I was happy to find a pump that I felt would relieve the water pressure from the foundation of my house. Several years ago I hand dug an 8" diameter 20 foot deep hole in a flower bed next to my house. I lined it with a perferated 6" pvc pipe and used it to monitor the surface water level in the ground. I was curious if I could detect before hand, if the water height would indicate potential flooding into my basement. There was a direct corrolation. This year with a heavy snow fall in Utah and Southern Idaho, I looked into the potential of finding a pump that was small enough diameter and only 110 v that I could put down my pipe and slow the height of the water pressure. I found such a pump and ordered it thru amazon. When the delievery date appeared and passed, but no pump arrived, I was upset to see the water level did rise to the height of my floor. Unfortunately although I was confident that the pump; and its use, could be useful in maintaining a lower water lever, the pump was delieverd to a wrong address. A later appology and refund did not prevent the water from entering my basement.

Cord is only 30ft long, otherwise great.
Heads up I received this through the Amazon Vine program. I have an old school classic well. 3 1/2ft diameter 44ft deep that collects the rain water from the roof of my house. Ive wanted to put this water to use but pumping from the top hasnt given me the results i wanted. The answer is to pump from the bottom and so i decided to give this pump a try. It is well packaged and it needs to be as its a heavy unit. It has a 1 1/4inch female thread into which i teflon taped sealed a male fitting and made sure it was 'really tight'. The pump adds a torque to the thread in the 'loosening' direction every time it is turned on (i checked this with quick bursts when it was in my living room), so i was a bit worried that over multiple uses it would work itself loose. I used 1 1/4 inch pipe for the full length of the 30ft power cord and wrestled it into my well. I used a stainless steel coated wire as a safety attached directly to the pump eyelets at the top (see picture). The problem i have is that the cord is only 30 ft. it would be better if it was 50 ft. so rather than reach the bottom of my well, it is suspended by the wire/pipe. This leaves a lot of water in the well when i could be putting around my garden. In fact, the pump only just reached the water and i was only able to test it for about 10 seconds before it was no longer submerged. Its nice that i didnt have to do any wiring and the cord is already attached, but 30ft just isnt enough unless you're at the edge of a lake. The pump did put out a lot of water while it was submerged, and im looking forward to using it some more. I may have to get an extension to the power cord so that I can get at all of the water.
