I purchased a protection plan for 2 - 3 years ...

I purchased a protection plan for 2 - 3 years and one of the three buckets stopped working. I never received any paper work for this protection plan, so now what do i do.

I do love this fountain

I do love this fountain, it works great. Water reserve is large so it doesn't need refilled to often. Sound is nice and the lights are so attractive at night. I looked at fountains for a long time and read many reviews prior to purchasing this one and I have not been disappointed in my choice. The directions for assembly are not well written for a first time user but easy to do once you figure it out.

I am having difficulty in keeping the Design Toscano Spilling ...

I am having difficulty in keeping the Design Toscano Spilling Jug Cascading Garden Fountain full of water. The first time we used it, we put it on two level paver blocks - and my husband used a "leveler" to make sure it was set up evenly. I am having to put water in this "pond" every 2 days. I chose this fountain pond because it's small enough that I can pick it up myself, with or without water - but, I am frustrated with having to put water in it every 2 days. We went camping this weekend and I unplugged and emptied the fountain pond. Any suggestions would be helpful.

Very pleased, it is beautiful! Top bowl isn't lit, by design, the rest are. Just fyi.

Came with broken part

When I attempted to attach the pump to the hoses I discovered that the nipple was broken off and finally found it inside the fountain. Because I needed it within days (having a yard party) and it would take to long to replace it, I decided to glue it. The entire nipple disintegrated. Seems that the plastic was old or cheap.

Absolutely loved by us and our guests; comes with pump

I absolutely love this fountain. I have ordered a few other fountains from Amazon, but none of them came with pumps, so it was a matter of finding something that worked with them before trying them out. This fountain, not only came with a submersible pump, but was already hooked up. You literally just have to plug in two adapters, one for the beautiful LED light that glows in the bowl (that fills up with water) and the other adapter that powers the actual pumps. Each overflowing vase as a thin piping connected to it through the back of the statue and the inside of each of these vases has a black sponge material that holds the water a little bit as it prepares to flow. The back of the statue, where the wires come out of, has a small entrance where you can fill it up with water. The pump is very quiet, but the sound of the running water can be heard as you walk up our pathway. I cannot tell you how many compliments we have received from our neighbors and guests. We have actually just purchased a second one for my sister-in-law because she absolutely adores ours every time she comes over. It is not terribly large, but it is a decent size for a porch or small corner area. We put ours next to our doorsteps because that is the only available outside outlet at the moment. The cons of this item is that it does require two outlets which takes up both of the outside outlets we have available. This does not leave any remaining outlets for other fountains that we may want to add to our collection. Also, there is some backsplash as the water hits the bowl and may not be ideal for inside use. My dog, and neighboring dogs seem to think it is a water bowl, so I am constantly having to refill the back of the statue, but I am just glad everyone likes it. Overall, I am very pleased with the detail, performance, and quality of this product and I highly recommend it! The value does seem a little high for a smaller fountain, however, it does come with the pump and works great.

The fountain looks good. I used it for approximately 10 hours all together and the pump does not work now. . appears the pump is bad . . .
