Perfect for small area

I used this in my small dining area. If you have a large dining room, it would be too small. For my area, it’s perfect! Looks great and was easy to install

Looks good

This looks great over our dining table. It was surprisingly difficult to find a simple matte black light like this! It was slightly crooked when we first put it together but my husband was able to open it up and adjust it so now it looks great. It came well packaged, no broken parts or anything like that. All together, happy with this purchase!

Good product with a defect and product variations

I have this light fixture installed and I like it very much. Simple design compliments simplistic decor of my living room very well. The first product I received had to be returned due to the fact that vertical rod was welded crocked causing the lamps to not level out. Of course, being Amazon, return and replacement was easy and fast. Then, I discovered, first product (original) and the second product (replacement) were not identical. While first one had glass pieces in white without any tint, second one had an obvious green tint. They were also a bit longer. The second one had a threaded rod inside the vertical piece where as first one did not. It doesn't affect functionality but it has (obviously) gone through a design change. Boxing and packing were also different. Installation is very easy and straight forward. 3 wires (including ground) connection and I was done. The actual hanging requires one to open up two of the rings of the chain. As they are made of thick wires, I needed a big wrench and a vice. Overall, it was a very good purchase. I would buy it again.

Perfect mix of modern and traditional

I'm so glad I found this light fixture. I had spent days searching online for a light fixture that was somewhere between modern and traditional. I also couldn't get anything too girly since it was going in our shared living space. This lighting fixture is perfect for our needs and holy geez, with five lights it REALLY brightens up our living room space! It is dimmable, but we decided to hook it up to just an on/off switch. The install process wasn't too painful. The bronze looks more black once it's hung than brown, but I like it that way.

Ceiling hung light for dining area.

After solving the damaged shipment with a full replacement of the fixture and then hanging the replacement over my dining table it was just what I wanted. It is a well made fixture, good quality brushed chrome and the spotted opaque glass have a soft light affect which is nice for intimate dining. There is a very high sloping ceiling in my dining area and the chain link accompanying the fixture was sufficient for the hanging of the fixture at just the right height over the table We installed a remote control which is fantastic, as it can turn the lights off & on from any location. Highly recommend this product and the price couldn't be better.

Hard to Find, Looks Great

I had a lot of difficulty finding a dining room light with inverted shades, so that the light would not shine down harshly. The seeded, frosted glass fills the room with bright yet soft light. The bulb is pleasantly diffused and the brushed finish pops. I have this installed on a sloped ceiling, and it works great. The chain and height is widely adjustable. Recommended for anyone who likes seeded glass and doesn't want bulbs shining down directly.

Slight Tilt

Very nice light, but it seems there is a slight tilt to it. It's a very cold and modern light, but great for a dining room table if that is the look you are going for.

Great purchase at a great price.

Wow. Replaced a crappy chandelier with this baby and oh boy does it ever add character to my dining room. Installation was easy, and it is level - not sure why some other folks say it is not level when attached to a level ceiling. I put in some LED lights in there and it will follow me around for years with zero maintenance. I don't think I need anything more than this beauty in any dining room I will inhabit for the next 10 or 15 years. Great purchase and great price.
