Something different for garage

Bought these for our 2 car garage… the lights aren’t terribly bright but it’s enough with 4 of them. They are pretty cool for the garage.

Very cool fixture--install instructions need improvement

I love the way this fixture looks! It's quite large--31 inches!--and has an industrial-workplace vibe. The bulbs are super-long and almost Edison color. Note: to install the bulbs the instructions say to remove "screw nuts" from the endcap. Only 3 of them on each end come off, the other 3 are not screws, they are just there for looks. They should only be finger-tight, you won't need a pair of pliers. Figure 1 in the instructions shows only 3 of them coming off, but it's a very small illustration and you could be forgiven for missing the fine detail (I did). Minus 1 star for poor instructions.

Quality fixture with a dark industrial look

This is a good quality light fixture overall, as expected from this known brand. Likes: - Dark-toned industrial design. Visually interesting but utilitarian enough to not stand out excessively. - Quality materials and construction. From the glass (as far as I could tell) lenses to the dark anodized metal housing and fasteners, the overall quality is good. Better than your standard Big Box Home Improvement store generic fixtures. - Came with everything I needed. Multiple mounting height options, and a universal adapter plate that I was able to get to snug up nicely. - Included LED bulbs are good quality; with a warm color and clean light. - Good functional lighting for our dining room. - Dimmable with our existing LED-compatible dimmer switch. Dislikes: - No major complaints. The installation is a bit fussy with so many bolts and screws to tighten. Tips: - Take time to adjust and tighten all the screws (6 on each side of the fixture, 3 on each end of each side) that hold the lens / chassis together. I recommend adding some thread lock (blue / semi-permanent) to all the screws to keep them snug. - For the universal adapter plate, you need to adjust the length of the bolts protruding down from your junction box, so the bolts are just long enough when you slip the light fixture over the mounting bolts. Too long, and you'll have a gap and/or loose fit. Too short, and you won't have enough threads to screw the finger nuts on to. Use a sharpie marker to help mark the bolt lengths, and use some thread lock compound on the threads (e.g. loctite blue), tightening the nuts on the back of the adapter plate, to keep your mounting bolts in place and fixed at the proper length. If you do this, then the bolts you mount the light fixture on will be nice and firm and give you a strong mount that fits tight and doesn't wiggle around. Overall love this light fixture. Recommended.

Quality, Industrial light fixture at a value price

I have a minimalist/industrial design theme in my home so am sparing about what I add to the decor. It has to be functional and substantial. This light satisfies both criterion. It's not heavy looking or over the top, but more likely, suggests its industrial leaning. It has presence without trying too hard to attract attention. Light thrown is sufficient but not overpowering. The kit comes with multiple down pipes so you can adapt the downward extension to fit your needs. Recommended.

Absolutely Love this Light

Super solid and well made with a charming Rustic Industrial feel. Easy to put together and not hard to hang. It is long, but not heavy, so I propped it on a stool while I tied in the wires, then had my son push it to the ceiling while I screwed it into the mount. Very easy to level too, looks amazing over the kitchen island. Good price for the quality, highly recommend.
