Perfect for wok frying!

Some may think it's too big, however, for the amount of servings I normally cook, it's perfect. Holds a good amount of fried food to drain the oil. I normally place it on my frying oil pot or pan, depending on what I'm cooking. When I'm making a big batch of food, I'll utilize my 24" wok and add a wooden broom handle I "MacGyver'd" to fit the strainer. It's well made, quality will last a long time. Definitely 2 shakas ????????????????. Chee Pono!

Metal exterior is rather rough

I was just not a fan of this skimmer. It is huge too! But I found the edges of the skimmer, itself, to be rough and sharp. I did not want to cut my hand, while washing. I returned it.

Well built strainer

Sturdy stainless strainer. Multi use scooper, oil drainer, noodle rack. Heavier than expected.

I paid $14 for it and it's pretty awesome. I wouldn't pay $25 or $30 though.

Th is is a Pure Example Exceptional Well Built Craftsmanship !!!!!! Absolutely The Best.

I cannot believe how perfect this Winco Skimmer is. I cannot say enough good things about this company. Get this I paid $10.00 for this. A week later it was $16.00!!!! Guess what? It's a steal at $16.00!!!! That's how well made this is. It made me go online and look up Winco as a Company and all there products!!!! If you want first class cooking equipment, this is the company to buy from. Believe it. Exceptional Craftmanship.
