Solid performer

I have went to an all Worx platform for my Battery operated tools. I am using them in a DIY home setting working on projects. This has been a good performer on removing/replacing rusty bolts and wheel nuts on an truck project. WORX battery that came with product is their 2.0 amp hour which is entry level. Bump it up to 4 or 5 hour battery for longer performance.

I had bought onguns from amazon because someone. stolemy brothers impact gun ..because I left it out side it was the I WOULD DEFFENATLY TELM EVERYONE HOW GOOD THE WORKS 1/2 IN IMPACT ISSUE WITH IT I WOULD BUY ONE AGAIN!!!

Makes your DIY projects easier

As a car enthusiast I like to work on my car on the routine maintenance and simple tasks from suspension and brakes. Having the right tools for DIY projects is essential. This impact wrench easily removed the big bolts and nuts from my car's tires and suspension parts and made the work much easier. Battery had enough juice for a day's work. It's light and decent sized. I don't think there's much to say about this one. It makes your job easier and that alone makes it pay for itself. On a separate note, I want to add that WORX also has great customer support quick to respond. When I received this tool it didn't work correctly, or basically not at all. I got frustrated just to think I was ripped off, but I contacted support and they quickly processed an RMA. Within a couple of days I got the replacement and sent back the defective unit. The replacement was new and worked perfectly since day 1.

WAY lighter than my old DeWalt!

So much lighter and more compact than my older DeWalt 1/2" impact. Seems to do a great job removing and installing wheels at the race track. I've used it this summer and will continue using it to see how it holds up. I will be selling all of my DeWalt stuff as Worx is really starting to fill my toolboxes now.

Like this better than my 110v Harbor Freight one!

I used this to disassemble my Pontoon Boat Lift that had a broken cable. I was able to stand in the water without the chance of getting fried! I also use it for changing the blades on my Zero Turn mower. It being a lot lighter than my 110v, makes it a lot easier to hold up under the mower and seems to have as much power! Like all my other Works Tools, it is working great!!!!

Final inspection at the factoory did not find the too large steel retainer ring.

THE IMPACT OPERATION OF THE TOOL WAS GOOD. THE TOOL STEEL RING FOR SOCKET SECURITY WAS TOO LARGE TO ATTACH SOCKETS UNTIL ALTERED BY ME.

WOW, It Will Break Loose Lugs

And that is about all this midget impact wrench will do. There is usually a manual control tool in the truck near a jack that can also remove lug nuts. So it is really no great feat. I used this on some automotive work and it could not remove some of the suspension fasteners. I have a Snap On 3/8 air impact that has more power. I guess I could be happy that I need not get an air hose and the heavy 1/2" air impact to remove lug nuts if I don't feel up to doing them by hand.
