Great

I like it. I used mostly for cleaning pet messes from vinyl flooring. It cleaned very well. The gallon went a long way. I love that it's no rinse so I can mop and go. It also has a pleasant smell and deodorized very well. I felt and saw no residue on the floor either. Despite using it daily.

great on tile floors...especially during covid

I stumbled on this by happy accident and am now in love with it. My whole house is tiles and this cleans perfectly, smells great, leaves no residue, dries fine (not sticky) and now, during covid, gives me peace of mind that I'm disinfecting things. Perfect. You do dilute it, I don't bother measuring, just sorta pour a bit into the bucket of water, and had no issues if I over/under pour. Seems to work fine with no residue either way.

Mostly good. But....

I do like knowing my floors are free of most bacteria, and it does clean them well. But... I noticed some people's reviews saying it leaves their floors sticky. I did notice after a couple times using it, that my floors did feel a little sticky. I more so noticed it when the humidity was a little high in the house. So now I alternate between this Zep floor cleaner, and vinegar. If I do that, I don't notice much of a sticky (residue) feeling.
