Very Sharp
This is a very sharp peeler. Works well on most things but seems to take a lot off my carrots. But that's probably Operator Error. :)

Nice gadget to have
Bought this peeler to help with peeling tomatoes. Have only used it on kiwis right now. Did a great job! It is very sharp so have to be careful. Comes with a plastic cover that slides over the metal edges. Really appreciate that.

This is now my one-and-only peeler!
I have an older version of the Zyliss Soft Skin Peeler and wanted to have a second one in case anything ever happens to my original. This newer one is a more fixed design, and while I prefer the older style they are both magnificent. They can peel a ripe peach or fresh ginger or anything you've got. The serrated peeling blade is incredibly sharp and makes an easy job of peeling (I have taught myself to peel an apple in one long strip - try that with your cheap peeler). It is really worth the price, highly recommend!

Liked the older model better.
Over all this is a great peeler unless you had owned and enjoyed the older model that seems to be no longer made. The older model had a nice curved shape that fit better into the palm of your hand, which was great when canning fruit and peeling for hours on end.

Best peach peeler ever
I didn’t know what I was missing! A friend recommended this gadget. Peeling peaches is now fast and simple without boiling water and an ice bath. A must have kitchen tool. Keep the blade guard to protect your hands from accidental cuts.

Ne plus faire bouillir des tomates!
Une amie m'a recommandé cet outil pour enlever la peau des tomates. Au lieu de faire une petite croix, faire blanchir, prendre un chiffon et enlever la peau sur une tomate bouillante. Merveilleuse invention cet outil. Pêches, tomates, prunes oui toutes les pelures mince sont facilement enlevées par cet éplucheur. Très ergonomique, valeur assurée. Je dois ajouter qu'un fruit mure sera un peu plus difficile à éplucher. Je le recommande fortement.
