BEAUTIFUL AND VERY WELL MADE DOLL!! I WILL BE BUYING MORE OF THIS TYPE IN THE FUTURE!!

This is to be a Christmas gift, so I only took the box cover off to view this doll. She looks beautiful and well made. If this girl likes her, I think I'll be busy making doll clothes for her and probably buying another doll for her birthday. :-)

High quality and beautiful!!

This doll is beautiful and super well made!! I was so nervous after reading the reviews that she would have bald spots on the back of her head but she has a thick, silky, beautiful full head of hair. She came packaged with care in a beautiful box with all of the accessories as described and even came wearing underpants. I purchased a set of clothes on Amazon for 18" dolls and they fit her perfectly. She is easily dressed and the clothes she came with are of excellent quality, no loose seams or hanging strings. I love how they made the doll with a stuffed soft bottom and stomach and the rest soft vinyl. Her face features are delicate and beautiful and she is easily posable. Her skin tone is spot on and she has deep blue open and closing eyes. The only thing that I think could be improved on is her fingernails and toenails. They aren't painted and I think that if they were painted it would add to the overall look and custom feel of the doll. I am astounded at the low price of this doll! I considered buying an American Girl but felt that $140 is really a ridiculous amount to pay for a doll, custom or not. This doll is well worth the price and I am so happy that I took the chance and purchased it! My granddaughter loves her and I highly recommend!

Gorgeous but, flawed!

So I ordered two adora dolls one did have beautiful hair and stunning eyes but something about the face we didn’t click. This was a second purchase and she’s a keeper! However, probably only for me and other adult doll collectors/doll artist. I am an adult doll collector and I love her but it makes me sad that such a beautiful doll with a super cute face, amazing mobility in her neck and arms will be passed by most customers/tiny customers. The quality is amazing for the price. The outfit is super cute. However she is bald! Why! Such a shame because this doll could be such a hit and was so well done in every aspect but for the hair which is a deal breaker! She is bald as other reviewers have mentioned. The shoes are also a struggle to get on and for a child it means the shoes will be thrown somewhere under the bed and forgotten about and she will be barefooted. With an adult in mind I did snatch her up for 25$ like new open box and she came new untouched. That’s a steal! Must have been the hair. I’m in loveee! The quality for price iii can over look the hair. I will be customizing her, repainting and unfortunately redoing the hair. If the hair was a bit thicker you guys would be selling out $$$. Also to mention the mouth is open with a strange tongue thing no teeth painted. The other adora doll had beautiful closed mouth with plump rosy lips. I feel strange that they went for the open mouth look with no teeth. Will be repainting that also. I highly recommend this doll for adult collectors but unfortunately for a child this one is a pass.

Ok, but there are better made cheaper priced 18inch dolls.

My almost 3 year old granddaughter wanted an "American girl doll" that an older child she visited had. I didn't know that but bought is doll because she loves all dolls! Afterwards her mommy told me that walmart and target has similar versions way cheaper! This doll is ok and i do love the box/packaging it came in. Her hair seems to be the most poorly made part of her. Not a lot to work with and falls out easily. If I buy anymore of this type of doll. I'll certainly check other stores. Of course my granddaughter loves the doll or I would of just returned it. Since they live 2 hours away I'm not sure how the doll is holding up 2 weeks into play.

Very surprised

The packaging was well done! At was afraid my granddaughter would be disappointed because I searched for American girl dolls. Thought this was a American girl doll, which is what my granddaughter asked for her birthday. I picked this doll because she looks similar to my granddaughter lol I didn’t read all the words obviously. But no worries. She opened her gift yesterday and She said “oh Mimi, I love her!!!” Wish I could share that big smile The doll is very good quality. I definitely recommend this product. And all the American girl Accessories are compatible!

the doll is beautiful but the packaging is bad . could not get the doll box out of the amazon box without damaging the doll box. such a shame becausse it is for my granddaughters birthday.

Good doll

We have never had an American girl doll so keep in mind we don’t have that to compare it to. I can compare to a Walmart or target doll though. 1. the hair is just fine - maybe there could be more but for us it hasn’t been a big deal or noticeable. 2. She has “ball and socket” doll joints even in her neck which is so fun! I didn’t like how the Walmart and target dolls sit down and this one does just fine! 3. Our daughter loves her and that’s what matters ;)

可愛いお人形！

５歳の孫の誕生日プレゼントとして購入した。孫は、何十年も前の、娘のGotzのお人形を気に入って、可愛がっていたので、最初はGotzのお人形で、似たようなものがないか探していた。しかし、現在のGotzの人形は目が開いたり閉じたりしなくなってしまったものが多く、顔も大人びてしまって、昔のあどけない可愛らしさはない。他にはAmerican girlなどが有名だが、あまり可愛くなくて、妙にリアルで、顔にソバカスやホクロがあったりして興醒め。その点、Amazing girlのお人形は顔も可愛くて、キレイな目を開けたり閉じたり、昔ながらの女の子が喜ぶお人形だ。耐久性はまだわからないが、後は末長くもってくれることを望むだけだ。
