A little small
I ordered 28 inch inserts to replace the 26 inch inserts (different brand) I was using. They were basically the same size. Soft and all that, but not as large as I expected and the increased size was the reason I ordered them.

Simple perfect
I love the fact that they are snow white and so perfect on my bed as accent pillows. My color scheme is black and white. I love them.

Way too soft
I thought these would have some firmness to stand up straight but they’re so soft the flop over. Disappointing.

Easily squashed
I ordered three different brands of pillow inserts to see which one I would like best. This one was the least lumpy of them all, very soft and squishy. Didn't work well for my purposes because I have three young kids so my goal is for a pillow to pop back into its original shape after someone has leaned on it. This is not the pillow for that goal -- it gets squashed and stays that way. On the flip side, if you are looking for a pillow to do a deep karate chop look to, this works for that. I sized down for the pillowcase (used a 26x26 pillowcase for the 28x28 insert) and still found it squishy. When I squeezed the 28x28 insert into a 22x22 pillowcase, I found that results in a very plump, firm pillow that does keep its shape.

Just what I needed and priced perfectly.
I use these pillows as more of a decorative thing than to sleep on, however, they are well-made, soft, it’s still stand up like I want them to. The price is what sold me. I don’t understand why some euro pillows are price so ridiculously high.

Underfilled, thin, floppy
This pillow can just barely fulfil its job as a decoration. It is floppy and underfilled. The sizing guide recommends a 26 x 26 case for the 24 x 24 pillow. That did not work for me, the pillow was swimming in the case and there was too much room, magnifying this product's inherent problems. Went down to a 24 x 24 case and it is still barely enough to fill the standard case. Usually like the Basics line but this not satisfactory.
