Large Size, Good Lid
Fell like the lid and pan were of good quality and fit tight together. I did have to return and request a second one due to large machine scratches on top and bottom of the pan. Received a second one without issue, however, where the metal folds on the bottom of the pan still has a decent number of scratches but at least it was on the bottom and just needed pan at that point. Works well and would recommend but I hope the production company monitors quality control a little better. This pan does seem slightly wider than expected which is fine. Just pay attention to the size difference if you have storage restraints.

Initial issue, replaced immediately with a perfect replacement
The first set I received was a weird color like it had an almost rainbow coating with rainbow spots and scratches. They replaced them extremely quickly. This are the proper color, in great condition and had a care and use instruction sheet inside the sealed plastic. I originally bought them to be able to make a small layer cake. However they will be perfect to use for a breading station. Flour, egg, & panko bread crumbs

Makes life easier
Don’t know why I never had one of these before! It’s great for just about everything. Make it, bake it, take it! You can carry this thing anywhere. Or, keep them for yourself. They’re covered so leave them out. The sheet is good and stable when putting in and out of oven and washes like a dream ., I wash mine by hand. Glad it’s mine.

FABULOUS. Note: Must be hand-washed.
I purchased three of these and was very pleased that the product was as advertised and all the lids fit GREAT and securely. Each set was shrink-wrapped and arrived faster than expected. NOTE: ALL aluminum cookie sheets need to be hand washed as they will corrode in the dishwasher and rust. I wish I had known that before, but at least I know why the others got icky. So since they all SHOULD/MUST be hand washed, I'm giving this a five for easy to clean. Cheers!

dough stuck in holes
was hoping to be able to grease and spread out homemade pizza dough onto it but that doesnt work. end product has crust stuck in holes. i will try again with parchment paper on top of it and/or rolling out on parchment paper and flipping the whole shaped pizza pizza on to it. requires me to make a non-sticky dough though. we’ll see. cleaning was a pain because of all the dough stuck and baked into the holes.

Best I have found
I am a home baker from Germany and bake two to three times a week. These are the most sturdy and best I have found. These do not bend. I have bake bread with 450F on them. Pizza with 375F. Broiled on 500F. Because they are made of Aluminum they can't be put in the dishwasher as they will turn gray. Hand wash with hot water and dish detergent. Love these and would recommend and buy again.

Thick, bakes very well, deep enough to prevent drips on the oven
I bought this expressly to make focaccia, which I brush liberally with olive oil before the final rise. I made a batch last week. I sprayed the pan with a light film of olive oil for easy release, and the focaccia slipped out with ease. It browned well, top and bottom. Prior to this I've used three different pans for focaccia. The best before this were the oven trays that came with the Miele oven in my last home. The worst was a popular but inexpensive steel pan. I also used a Chicago Metallic pan, which worked well. I prefer this to all the others, but it has one potential disadvantage - it will scratch and mar easily. I never use a metal instrument to cut anything in the pan. However, my wife sometimes takes a tray of focaccia (pre-cut on the cutting board, of course) to gatherings, and I'm sure that eventually, someone will decide to cut a small piece in the pan. It won't be a big deal - it doesn't have a non-stick surface, and it will be cosmetic. But if that would bother you, maybe this isn't the pan for you. I like it well enough that I ordered a second pan. Excellent product, with one star off for being easy to scratch.

Toaster Oven pan set
Love this set! I use it for dredging chicken/zucchini/veggies etc... by placing a damp paper towel underneath to hold them in place. The measurements are accurate so it's not for huge meals. Perfect for smaller meals for two. They are sturdy and well made also. Arrived sooner than expected. Very satisfied with this purchase

Excellent Product
I don't usually write too many reviews. But, I love this product! I bake bread on it all the time. It is sturdy and made with quality material. It cools down quick, washes easy, and gives your bread or buns a professional look on the bottom and makes perfect breads because the perforation allows good conduction of heat. Highly recommend!

Small but soooo easy to clean
Sturdy pans, does the job. Easier to clean than the one that came with the toaster oven. Like that there is more than one in a set so that I don't have to rewash dishes as frequently.
