Shipped fast! And looks great on my desk.
This item shipped so fast! Much faster than it originally estimated so I was pleasantly surprised when I got home from work today. It’s sturdy, and very sleek. Will look perfect in my modern office. I like that I can see all my documents, and I’m thinking about getting another one for my office at work.

Extremely brittle and breakable
I ordered this stack of 4 acrylic letter trays because I liked the simple, clean design. The order arrived - all four trays, but one of the trays had one of the feet broken off. Not sure when/where it broke (the shipping box appeared to be perfectly intact, but the missing foot was nowhere to be found). I returned the set of four trays for a replacement. When the replacement arrived, it contained only 2 trays - one was shattered and the other badly cracked. Again, the shipping boxes (it ships in a box within another box) were both intact. Again, I returned for replacement. This replacement required the assistance of customer service - because I was essentially requesting a replacement FOR a replacement. Customer service WAS helpful, and had a new set of trays sent quickly. Today, the third set of trays arrived. Again, only 2 of 4 trays were in the box. Again, BOTH of these were badly damaged. Again, the shipping containers were completely intact. At this point, I have given up on getting what I ordered - 4 unbroken letter trays. I have requested a full refund (again, I had to employ customer assistance for this - the online return process would not work). It should be noted that the manufacturers packaging includes a very thing plastic bag over each tray (like the plastic used in the produce department at the grocery store). In 2 of the three shipments, there were thin cardboard inside the manufacturer's box - presumably to sit between the trays, but in the first shipment (with all trays) there was NO cardboard. The manufacturer's box does allow for a fair amount of wiggle room, which is probably why the items are so easily broken. This box is then placed in a larger shipping box - and in each of three times it was shipped, the larger shipping box had the manufacturer's package secured in place with air pads. I think if the manufacturer did a better job of protecting the items within their packaging, the items might actually arrive intact - perhaps some soft foam dividers instead of cheap plastic, or a box that more snuggly fits the product.

Arrived broken
Never even got to use these because all of them had huge cracks in them. There was no signs of damage to the packaging these things are just made of very thin plastic.

DO NOT BUY!!!
This product does not work!! I bought this item and it arrived with 2 broken legs making if unstable, wobbly, and not usable. I got a replacement and 1 leg was broken and it had scratches on it! They need to work on better packaging! Overall do not recommend!

Broken, flimsy garbage
The shelves were all broken, scratched, dusty and had glue residue like something had been stuck to them. The little pegs were all broken. These are not salvageable to any degree. Trash.

What a rip off
One tray for nearly 30 bucks!?!?!?!? You’ve got to be kidding! I thought I was buying a stack of 4 trays! DO NOT BE ROBBED!

Only received one tray
The description says “ Description Stackable Clear Letter Trays. (4-Pack)” and in the question section they also say it’s a 4 stack. I only received one.
