Easy and works great
I had a shark steamer. But I was using city water and it was very hard water. It lasted 8 years. I decided to change to Bissell and it is great. I use the reverse osmosis water. No marks on my floors. I love it!!!!

Hard to clean
I got these so I could finish mopping my downstairs in one go. I have two toddlers and a big dog who goes out for the bathroom. Even trying to keep up with it and mopping once a week will take up the 4 I have (the two that came with the mop and then the 2 extra from this). I use the grey stripped ones to go over the area first and then the white ones for a second quick pass. It does leave some streaking behind but does a pretty decent job as long as I go over it twice. The problem is cleaning them. They do not release the dirt. I’ve tried finding them out before putting them in the washer, using less soap thinking it may be too small of a load for the amount I use, adding more items to the load I put them in to see if that agitation from other items helps, nothing. They come out smelling clean (mostly) but there is still clearly dirt trapped. I’m going to try a stripping mix next to see if that helps but the fact that they don’t wash up nicely without tons of extra help is frustrating. They loops have also snagged a few times and pulled.

Overpriced Fabric, But Holds Up To Heavy Duty
Last year, I switched over from the old chemical based floor mop to a steam mop. After reviewing steam mops, it just seemed to make more sense in the long run. At first, I was stark raving mad that these pads cost so darn much. I needed at least 4+ sets to get through a proper day's cleaning with nearly 2,000 square feet of wood flooring. I bit the bullet and paid virtually the cost of the steam mop itself for their stupid pads and probably complained about it for a couple weeks straight. Fortunately, these dark days are behind me and I can provide a clear review without the bad taste of what amounts to overpriced fabric with attached elastic. Really, what I want to say is that these have held up to use, abuse and regular washing for better than a year and are showing no major signs of deteriorating. I throw them in the wash and they're as good as new again. (Maybe darker, but eh, whatever...it's designed to clean a floor.) I've gotten through some pretty serious stains and junk on the floor that previously I had to dig out a chisel to get loose. I guess if these pads are going to hold up to repeated abuse, they might be worth the asking price. Heck, I've broken my Bissell steam mop before these things gave up the ghost! I strongly considered making my own pads, and there's info out there on how to do it, but I figured once I got done with all the effort it just wasn't worth my time. These fit perfectly and hold up to constant use, so no sense in trying to reinvent the wheel here. Anyway, I'm reluctant to give a 5 star review considering I can buy a dress shirt for less money than these...but whatever. Just buy 'em and give your floor a beating.

Work just like the more expensive brand name. Must have if you’re doing multiple rooms. I can wash them with a little bleach but they’ll never be white again lol. I wish bissel would come up with a way to keep them secure in the front to prevent slippage of the bonnet

Necessity to pair with the Bissell PowerFresh Steam Mop!
I received the Bissell PowerFresh steam mop as a gift and decided to order these extra pads to have on hand. I love the mop! It’s light and easy to push but this doesn’t sacrifice the great job it does cleaning the floors. We just had a new baby and knowing that soon enough she’ll be crawling and playing on the floors I really wanted to make sure they were as clean as possible without using chemical cleaners! These pads are thick, absorbent, easy to pop onto the mop and wash well!! I like to toss them into a delicates wash bag but you wouldn’t have to. Not that this is the most important feature but I do appreciate the look of the mop itself and these pads... I prefer white and either solid colors or very simple designs (I don’t need wild and crazy prints or neons... I actually enjoy when the colors blend in with the style of my home) and these deliver on the looks front as well. Having the extras means that when one is in the wash I have a back up in case of an unexpected spill or accident (bound to happen with a baby, pets and a husband!) or when I do a deep clean of the whole house I can designate one for the bathrooms, one for the kitchen and then one for the other rooms. Definitely get these ones so you know you’ll get the right match for the mop - it’ll make life easier to have back ups on hand!

I LOVE this mop
My Bissel Mop arrived on time. I LOVE this mop. I am a clean freak. I love cleaning equipment that makes any cleaning job easier. This is the best steam Mop I have ever used and I have bought 2 different types of Shark steam Mop from Target , 2 different types of Hoover steam mops and an Oreck steam Mop online. This particular Bissel steam Mop, steam cleans the floors better than any of them, it is so easy to use. I didn't find the water cap on the Mop to be flimsy as other reviews have said. I like the clean but not overpowering scent from the scent disks that you insert inside of the Mop too. I bought this model because you can use it as a hand held steam cleaner for counter tops, etc. The steam coming out of this as a floor Mop is more powerful and better evenly distributed than the other models I have used in the past, including as a hand held steamer too. The long cord can be awkward at times as a hand held steam cleaner, but I prefer the longer cord, you don't have to keep plugging it into different outlets as you move around the room you are cleaning. It is so light and easy to lift as a Mop or hand held. I have linoleum floors throughout 1/2 of my home, the linoleum is made to look like wood floor panels and although it produces a strong current of steam and really cleans the floor, it does not damage the linoleum.

You'll love it!
Great product. Didn't know our floors were this dirty as we clean them weekly and have no children or pets to contend with. Steam mop absolutely cleans, leaving our hardwood and tile floors looking like new. No streaks and the best part is I can clean all our floors in about 15 minutes whereas I spent at least a hour or more in the past. I endorse this product fully. I found I needed an extra set of cleaning pads though as they get dirty quickly and when that happens you begin to get streaks. Scent tablets are great and you can use a half tablet which will last three or four cleanings if removed from mop when done and sealed in a zip loc.

Great Deal on Steam Mop Essentials!
Purchased these for my Bissell Steam Mop and they are great! Fit perfectly and love the rubberized strips that come on one of them for scrubbing stuck on items. Have used them and washed them multiple times with no obvious wear and tear so far! The fragrance discs also come with it which was super convenient. They last a long time and smell great :)

This is a great price for the Bissell Stem mop pads. I have been looking as my steam mop only came with 2 pads and I needed a couple more. It is a great value as I not only got the 2 Bissell pads, but 4 scented tabs. Great price, great product and great value!!!!

I've purchased these twice so that I have multiple pads to steam clean my floors. I use the mop a fair amount and like to switch between pads depending on areas and how dirty/gritty they are. If I use it in the mud room, I can switch to a different one so I don't track all the grit onto the hardwood floor and scratch it up. I like using the one that is fully white for low traffic areas and the one with grey for high traffic areas. They work well. Only issue is that since they are white, I find that even after washing them they do not turn white again. Not much as an issue as I never see the bottom of my mop!
