Love this harness. I love the way it fits on my dog and gives him full freedom of shoulder movement. I also love the broad chest panel so if he pulls or lunges the force on his chest is distributed. It’s very easy to get on and off. The quality is high and construction is sturdy, it seems. Haven’t had it very long but I expect it to last. Best of all, it gives me great control over my 50-lb puppy. The front clip is actually enough to turn him around towards me but using both attachments with a double-ended leash is pretty awesome.

Works!!!! and I have a dog who is a joy to walk.
Like walking a different dog. No pulling and she can't get out of this one like other front clip harnesses. This one gives no wiggle room for her legs. She even barks less. Very happy with this one. I have tried maybe 6 other front hook harnesses, she can get her leg out of all the rest, so I have to use them as back hook and what's the point. My only problem is my dog, a half dachshund, is low to the ground, the clip is actually under her chest. This means there is not much room for the leash between her and the ground, so it gets stepped on occasionally. This would work better with taller dogs. She has a 7" clearances, with 35 pounds of muscle pull. Which doesn't pull any more.

*Not a good fit for all dogs.* Quality was about as good as expected but didn't fit properly. My dog is approx. 35 pounds but has a REALLY deep brisket. This meant that the padded center/chest pad didn't reach all the way under him to give core support and coverage. The straps were left digging into his "arm pits" with the majority of control being pressure on his delicate skin, not distributed along his chest. I tried adjusting the straps a few different ways (adjusts easily) but still just didn't get the right centering over and around his chest and undercarriage.

Worked like a charm
I've tried a few "no pull " harnesses for my dachshund with little success . Until now ...the first time I put the ultimate control harness on my 10 lb Norman he stop pulling ! Worked like a charm . I would have given it 5 stars but the fit was a little off because of his short legs ... even with an extra small . But he can't slip out of it and it doesn't seem to bother him . I would recommend this to anyone who has trouble with a dog that pulls on walks

Fits on dog great and works great. We can now control our dog that pulls. Easy on and easy off. Has front and top D rings which gives you options for control.

As far as harnesses go, they fit nice but do not reduce pulling
These fit our beagles pretty well, but on 1 beagle, it ccasionally gets shifted so both front paws are on the same side of chest portion & we have to readjust it. It does absolutely nothing to reduce or eliminate pulling with either of our beagles. The whole principal isn't logical. Dogs tend to oppose any force you apply to them. Try to push them one direction, and they often push back. Pull them towards you with these harnesses and they tend to pull more in the opposite direction. Our dogs pull as much (if not more) when we walk them with these harnesses, but we are able to control them more than if they were wearing a collar.

It's OK, but........
My dog is a 55 pound Brittany who has always been a hard leash puller. With this harness, the pulling still occurs, but the strength of the pull is about 1/2, making the dog more controllable during a walk. Most of the harness is made of nylon, which has the potential to cut into his skin, so keep that in mind (leather would have been a better choice). It took me a long time to receive this item, since I am not a Prime, $99 / year paying member, and they tend to put non-prime members on the back burner anymore.
