Does what it should
It does what it says it does. If the material make up was a bit softer it would contour more to the shoulder and work better, The shoulder strap can be a pain to connect by yourself.

A do-it-yourself knee/shoulder massager
A bit cumbersome but considering the shape of the knee, the apparatus works quite well. Heats and/or vibrate with various settings. I like to use it on my knee while I am sitting watch TV. I have not used it on my shoulder.

A mechanical placibo is not going to take the place of knee replacement....OR....I could lose 80 lbs.

Won't turn on; late arrival; no customer service
I had acute knee pain, and red light has been useful in the past, so this looked promising. It didn't ship until after it was supposed to be delivered, strike 1. Upon arrival, I immediately put it together. The vibration will work, but the lights and heat won't start. The start/stop button just restarts the whole device. Amazon sent me a replacement, and that does the same thing. I contacted the manufacturer a week and a half ago about troubleshooting, and I have received no response. It's possible I got 2 from the same bad batch, but it's quite disappointing.

Gave this to my Dad for his birthday. He said his pain stopped on his knee for four to six hours. He is in his 80s, had no problem using this item. He now uses on knee and shoulders. He has tried other products but said this one works the best.

i bought this product for my mom who has a ...
i bought this product for my mom who has a sore shoulder joint. Although she set the temperature as high as 50 or 55 and turns on vibration, she does not really feel the heat and the vibration is very minor, i am not sure whether it is the design of the product or malfunction of this particular one. I am looking for the advise from the seller if the seller reads this message. I am not sure whether I shall return it.

Good idea but feels cheap and fails to provide a massage or any sort of vibration worth the price. Also fails to heat up sufficiently. It gets warm at best.
