Good unless you have huge ankles

Update: Downgrading my previous review: These socks would be perfect if they contained a little lycra. After hours of wear, they become a bit "slouchy" but worse, they want to twist around your foot if you do any amount of walking. Never had that happen with other socks, but I'll continue to use them for car road trips. I did find similar socks on Amazon that I absolutely love: Silky Toes Diabetic Premium Dress Socks (they have lycra and do stay up) https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01MXPK629/ref=twister_B076643FDJ?_encoding=UTF8&coliid=I2QRW2JW28ZRP8&colid=1HD2UIIROJCX5&th=1&psc=1 Previous Review: Wonderfully thin, lightweight, tightly woven 80% cotton / 20% nylon blend which are great to wear with close fitting shoes. They are an inch or two longer than most athletic "crew" socks, but not over-the-calf length. Perfect travel socks for those of us who get slight swelling during long car rides or airplane trips. I would classify these socks as non-binding, but I wouldn't recommend them for anyone with very large ankles or lower calf area. The ankle area is pretty stretchy but If you have a very large ankles, these may not work for you. There is also a thin, corded thread running along the top of the sock that may be restrictive. About the sizing: the chart indicates that a large would fit men's shoe size up to 13 but I highly doubt it. I wear a women's 11 shoe (which is about a 9 1/2 mens shoe), my foot is fairly thin and I have a slight bit of room -- no way would they fit men's 12 and 13. If you have a very wide foot, I wouldn't recommend these if you wear larger than a men's 10. For women's sizing: I would estimate that the medium size would be equivalent to a standard woman's size sock, and the large as the extended size for women's socks.

Not very good socks

These are thin and insubstantial. Fall down around ankle. Can’t see them going through very many washers. Remind me of dollar store socks.

Husband isn't diabetic but he does have heart failure and his feet sometimes swell. He loves the softness and thinness of these socks

there is no band at the top of the socks which is great. the only thing I would want is for them to be thicker. I'm not sure how long they will last before wearing out
