They work!

I use these in my giant old car, which has a stubbornly and persistently leaking sunroof. This product is probably the reason the car does not seem to have a mildew or damp smell. Either that, or my nose has given up......... (2011 Cadillac dts)

Keep Closets and Dressers Dry and Mold-Free

Product worked as described. However, the refill options offered were actually more expensive than just buying more plastic containers. Not very good from an ecological perspective.

Good product

Very effective in removing moisture in my basement and eliminating musty smell. The scent was too floral and I will purchase unscented next time.

Excellent product

This product works very well. I prefer the Fragrance Free. I used the Fresh Scent product underneath my sink after an unfortunate pooling of water due to a leaking garbage disposal, and I found the odor to be too strong and frankly unpleasant. I replaced it with the Fragrance Free version and smartly took the plumber’s advice to place under there with it a cloth dampen with Pine Sol. Worked like a charm. Still using the Fresh Scent refills in bathrooms and larger spaces with airflow. Using the Fragrance Free in closets.

Works well

Bought 6 to put inside of vintage pinball machines. Absorbs moisture and even some of the stink inside the cabinets

Works exactly as you'd expect!

These are very useful things. In a moist environment it's a great preventative against mould growth. Just don't knock them over by accident... Easy to refill.

This DampRid is smelly and substandard

Purchased the 6 pack of DampRid after all the floods here and found these to be extremely smelly and doesn't smell like lavender or vanilla. The actual DampRid is thinner and smaller than the usual size. The odour is is so smelly it reminds us of something you would clean the toilet with.
