Runs bigger than advertised. Nice product, though, my family loves our bat-dogs! We had to return one to get the proper size. No issues with the return.

Love this for my pup

I am satisfied with the build of this product. The silky texture on the black fabric, on top of the medium density/thickness layer of yellow nylon presents as a build that is overall very soft but thick enough to be substantial in quality. The plastic and metal bits seem robust enough to hold up over time, and the visual appearance with the black and yellow color pallet is striking and attractive on my white and brindle dog. Thus far, on initial impression, I am pleased with this product. Hopefully it will hold up.
