These have the oddest fit

These pants are so weird. I’m a 16T in jeans. I bought a 18w for some movement since these were work pants. They are tight around my thighs and lower belly, but loose around the waist and butt area.

Not work pants

I've bought Dickies work pants on many occasions and been very happy with them, but I don't know what they were thinking with these. 1. Belt loops. You should never, NEVER, have to skip wearing a belt with work pants. These have 5 belt loops, two in the very front, two just in front of the side seams, and one center back. If your belt is to be functional it will ride up and the leather will rub on your skin or undershirt. 2. Pockets. Work pants have real pockets, these do not. Nothing fits in the front pockets. Even my box cutter is too much and weasels out. The back pockets are no better at a mear 3" deep. If it were not for the fact that most clothing that is returned becomes waste these would have gone back the next day. I'll keep them, but I am never buying Dickies out of a store again. And if i come across more of this BS, I wash my hands of the company all together.

Made for apple shapes, not pear

These chinos are made of a nice thick fabric, and seem to be pretty sturdy. The waist is way too big for me though and as sadly they fit my hips just fine I’m going to need to alter them. Probably shouldn’t complain for the price, but FYI if your hips/ thighs are bigger than your waist & stomach these pants may not fit well!

Slim fit = apple fit

I am an apple shape, meaning I carry my weight more in my midsection vs. my thighs and hips. These fit PERFECT. On the tag it says the style is slim fit which makes since since it is smaller in the hip and thigh area. For me, is usually baggy and then painful tight in the waist. So if this describes you then these pants are great.
