Holy Wall Damage
1. The “instructions” that came with this were instructions to a regular bar-type towel holder, so they were useless. 2. You have to make holes in the wall with the screws, unscrew the screws, then beat the plastic anchors in the holes with a hammer. Do NOT assume you can hang this with just the screws. They’re not long enough and the weight of the shelf will widen the screw holes. However, the plastic anchors are cheap quality and they don’t even anchor the screws. The shelf still wobbles like crazy and the anchors literally pull out of the wall. 3. IF you have better luck than I did, you have to put the gold metal circular things on between the shelf and the screw. Make sure it’s not on backwards. The screw covers screw into those metal things. 4. You will need a strong drink, one other person, a drill, a screwdriver, patience, drywall filler, paint to fix the holes this thing leaves, and a return shipping label. By the way, there are 5 screws. Rip drywall

Almost perfect; can't give 5 stars though
I love the concept. This is supposed to fold up when not in use. It's in a high traffic area so we wanted that feature. However, the lower bar will not stay up. It keeps folding down. The top sometimes stays and sometimes comes down. So functionally it's a great piece, but if you need the folding to work every time, go with something else.

Attractive and functional
My small master bath has no towel rack, a flaw that has annoyed me daily for 4 years. I mounted this at the rear of my tub/shower, and it is perfect. The top rack holds several folded or rolled towels, the bar allows a damp towel to dry, and the hooks hold a wet swimsuit and other items. If necessary, the rack will fold up and out of the way. The rack arrived quickly and well packaged, with all parts. The rack is very attractive in brushed nickel. I wish I had thought of this years ago!

Love it!
Very good for small space and still looks very good. This is the second one I bought from this seller and the first works great (three years after I bought it), no corrosion or rust, no discoloration. Love, that i can pull it up, when I don't need the shelf, to give myself extra space over my head.

Real shopper! Great Towel Rack! Easy Hardware Solution.
Had to leave a review for those who might be turned off by hardware complaints. 1. The rack is very nice. Only towel bar/rack needed in the guest bath. 2. The HARDWARE... does appear flemsy & 3 of the 5 washers were stuck inside the caps. (Washers should be in a separate bag) My solution; Good old fashioned "blue" tape on pad of finger to turn washer counter clockwise, came out easily. Also, my husband had some cool metal anchors that screw in, so we still use the original ones, With Caps????. 3. True brushed nickel finish, quality material, adequate size & decent price.

Just what we needed!
This towel holder looks great in our remodeled farmhouse. Nice and sturdy, holds multiple towels for our family of three plus room for when my parents stay for a weekend at the farm with us as well (only one bathroom in our old farmhouse). I dislike those hooks that many install on the backside of doors often causing issues with the door shutting correctly. This shelf can hold towels up top, provides a place to open had a towel or two as well as additional hooks to hand even more when needed ... all while looking great as well

Incorrect fixing screws
The fixing screws and screw covers do not fit. I am left with unsightly looking uncovered screw heads.
