It’s a beautiful product, but it arrived broken

This product is really beautiful and hand made, but the way it got shipped is horrible. You would think spending $115 on this product they would be able to add some better stuff to protect this beautiful peace of work. My wife is pretty disappointed on how it arrived and wants a new one sent to us or owner money back

La casa es bonita , pero llego absolutamente rota

Al igual que todos los clientes que han comprado esta artesanía, es linda pero el empaque es fatal, llego totalmente rota, NO la devuelvo porque se que me llegaría otra igual o peor, me tomare el tiempo para repararla . El vendedor debería ser mas consiente que esta casa es de cuidado y la debería empaquetar bien, pero venia en una caja gigante sin ninguna protección. Lo siento por las personas que hacen este gran trabajo artesanal con amor, pero el vendedor no tiene ningún problema en vender sin importarle para que sirven estas casitas de espíritus. Creo el vendedor no sabe que estas casas son pura energía. y la energia se rompe cuando la empacan. Deberían trabajar mas positivamente su energía al trabajar con artículos tan delicados. Obviamente es difícil de conseguir pero no imposible, buscare otro vendedor mas positivo, en todo caso gracias. Esto lo escribo luego de restaurar la casita. Después de un mes de restaurar mi casita de espíritus y ángeles les dejo la foto del resultado final, la pinte de color blanco y la pongo en cualquier parte de mi casa menos afuera porque el clima californiano la dañaría

Arrived damaged, but….

Arrived very damaged. Had to repair before I gave it as a gift. I expected this based on past reviews. It is beautiful. And, it’s huge! Bigger then I imagined.

Excellent Quality House - Terrible Shipping Prep

The spirit house is definitely excellent quality and workmanship. However, six of the eight side spires were broken off and had to be repaired. The shipping prep needs to be improved, so I had to give 4 out of 5 stars overall.

Extremely beautiful Spirit House!

When traveling in Thailand, I wanted one of these Spirit Houses. I was charmed by the artistry as well as the spiritual concept. I didn't think it would be possible to get it home with me in one piece, so I didn't make the purchase, and had regretted it. I was so excited when I saw these. When I received it I was more than delighted. It is so beautiful. The carving is terrific. The artists even included the Garuda for me to attach to the apex of the Naga roof elements. I appreciate this, as they are too delicate to make the trip without damage had they already been attached. Mine is slightly different than pictured, but that tells me they are not being stamped out in a factory by machines. Mine is no less beautiful, just a little different. Packing was done with care, and even included a note in the top of the box to customs agents, should they need to unpack for inspection. The note instructed how to repack in order not to cause harm the structure. I appreciated the attention to detail.

Two Times Broken...hoping the third will be a charm and arrive in one piece!

We love Thailand and love the spirit houses. We've ordered this beautiful one twice now and both times it came with pieces broken off. Are going to try one more time to get one that is in excellent condition. If it doesn't come in one piece this time, we'll look at other options. The one we currently have has weathered and needs to be replaced!

Badly broken—very disappointing

Badly broken. Very unfortunate. It was supposed to be a present but now I will most likely not be able to give it in time. I think it would have been great otherwise, but half the naga heads and both top points were completely broken off. At first I thought maybe I could glue them back on, but the breaks are too messy and damaged. The inner packaging is clearly not sufficient for an object with such delicate pieces. Would be a wonderful purchase if only the packaging had been better.

Arrived with some pieces broken off but I would still buy it again

This is a very beautiful product. However, it arrived with many of the more delicate pieces broken off. It took a while to figure out which piece went where and then I glued them on. After that, you never would know they broke off. However, the people who create this product might want to consider the possibility of better packaging the item or making some parts separate from the main structure and then having the purchaser attach them after their arrival. Nonetheless, I would buy it again.

Siempre quise una casita de espíritus Tailandia, y al fin la encontré, fue aquí en Amazon, es de madera hacha a mano, con acabados muy buenos, yo la tengo en el jardín y la verdad es muy bonita, le puse una luz solar en el interior y por la noche se ilumina. Dice la tradición tailandesa que en casa casa vive un espíritu y para tener al espíritu contento tiene que tener una casita donde vivir, pues esta es su casa, de vez en cuando hay que hacerle una ofrenda, flores, comida...
