Very nice
Easy to set up, has night vision, and can talk to whomever you catch on camera. What I don't like (unless I'm doing something wrong) is the alerts are silent, wish I it made a sound on my phone when it senses movement and sounds.

Can’t connect to unsecured wifi
Can’t connect to unsecured WiFi, so not good for watching your hotel room while you’re out. The only reason I bought this was to monitor my cat. Otherwise, works great.

Easy set up and reliable
This camera is very easy to set up and I really appreciate the manual slide to truly stop it from recording. However, I'm not sure if it's because my place is either loud (I live in a pretty urban area) or because I'm not on the cloud (Using an SD card), but the camera will record everything- it doesn't really stop recording or let motion detection set it to record. But hey, the fact that it's a small security camera with a lot of capabilities is outstanding. Definitely well worth the money!

Would have liked it if it worked
I have other CYNC products (light bulbs) that work fine but this camera was impossible to keep connected. I did all the resets and troubleshooting so had to return it. The return process was not easy. I kept getting asked to do tutorials and finally had to call Amazon customer service to get return authorization. Amazon was great BTW.

Clear, reliable camera that won’t record.
I bought this camera for my house to keep an eye when I’m not home. It didn’t have any reviews when I purchased. The camera is super clear. The app is fairly easy to use. Love the privacy feature. My main issue is that I can’t get it to record movement when detected. The app alerts me to motion, but it never records. I have tried both the cloud storage and bought an sd card. It’s not a huge deal, but I would like it to record like it advertises. Couldn’t find troubleshooting on the app or on the website for the camera. Otherwise I’m pleased with the quality.
