Solved My Egg Problem!

I make a sausage egg and cheese bagel every morning and this has solved the problem of eggs falling off for me! Rather than a scramble in a bigger pan, I'm able to let my egg cook omelette style and they hold together on the bagel as more of an egg patty. It's PERFECT for that! If I had to nitpick, I'd like a little more of a flat angle to the sides rather than having them as upright as they are. It makes it hard to flip my sausage patty without flinging grease everywhere and I haven't tried to flip the egg patty without a spatula... don't want to lose half of it mid flip. It's super non-stick which is wonderful as well, I used to need to keep all the sausage grease to keep the egg from sticking to my pan, but I can dump all of that now without worry. I'd buy another if I didn't wash dishes every day!

Not Exactly as Advertised

So far I've only used it to scramble eggs, using a little butter and a silicone spatula: the eggs did not stick, and the pan cleaned up easily. Today, however, I decided to skip the butter (description says "no butter or oil needed") and the eggs stuck to the pan... it still cleaned up with just a sponge and no scrubbing. Conducts heat well, I had to take the heat down a notch from what I'd been using with my old pan.

A great set of pans

The whole set is beautiful. My wife has used it several times now and has given away all her older pots, pans and skillets. The heat distribution is even. The non stick surface is much nicer and versatile than most other ones. Cleanup is easy. So far, so good. I will update if problems arise.

DIDN'T STAY NON-STICK FOR LONG

The product looks great and cooks great but after only a month of use my scrambled eggs stick to the frying pan if I don't use any butter or oil. Also, a slight residue from something I cooked will not come off the pan.

Works well if you follow guidelines

I didn't get the 11" Pan pictured in the product page. I received the flat handle version you see in other versions. It also looks like the pan is a different shape and thickness as well. The picture of the pan on the counter is the one I received. The other one, with white background, is what was pictured for the product ad. I had a couple of these pans before and they were destroyed by family members that abused them. One overcooked Turkey bacon on high heat and that burned the pan surface. The other was destroyed by metal utensils, maybe even a knife. Overall these pans are very good. Just cook on proper heat and only use plastic or wood utensils. Also, do not use cooking sprays like PAM. It will ruin the finish.

Wedding gift that they loved

This was a gift for our son's wedding. He is the cook in the family and loved this set. He couldn't quit raving how much he loved cooking with them.

Relatively durable, lightweight, best pan I’ve used

The media could not be loaded. Overall, I like the product, and to be clear I’m reviewing this after like 2 years of wear and tear. It is non-stick, is easy to clean, is lightweight, and has an overall easy to use design. Obviously most people know not to use metal on it whenever possible, but over time, scuffs and scratches have lead to overall wear. The only things that do stick are flour based foods like perogies, dumplings, and other flour pouched foods. The problem is once you need to scrape off some burnt on food, even the softest of scrubbing brushes end up scratching it, and over time, I do think you wear off the protective/sealing coating. It was a fair price, and the product is overall good, and has lasted longer than other pans. Also, nice to avoid using Teflon so overall would recommend this product.

Nice size and price but poor non-stick features

Like everybody else is saying, their claim to have reliable non-stick ability lasts - with careful care and cleaning - in the order of weeks, not months or years. How much of this is a trade-off for using ceramics over teflon I can't say with any degree of certainty, but even using exclusively plastic utensils, being sure not to overheat the pan, avoiding tomato sauces, and cleaning without abrasives is not enough to keep this pan from going to complete shid in short order. Would not buy again or recommend.

It has one job, and it doesn't do it well.

I'll start by saying I can cook. I can cook any recipe you give me, and I can make recipes as I go just by understanding how to cook. I know how to use non-stick pans. I clean my non-stick pans properly, never use anything but plastic or wood and we 100% hand-wash our non-stick pans at all times. This plan has a terrible, uncomfortable handle. It's basically a flat piece of metal that's odd on the hand and makes you want to avoid touching it. That in itself isn't enough reason to rate this pan as low as I did. The bottom of the pan came warped, there was a bubble in the center. Even that I can live with. The metal of the pan is thin, however the pan does stay on the burner and avoids skidding around. On receipt the non-stick for the pan was fantastic. It's now December 19th. Having used the pan for normal cooking since December 5th, it's now almost completely useless. Bacon sticks to this pan, I didn't even know that was possible. Sausages stick to this pan. Everything that touches it sticks. We're hoping a magic eraser makes it a bit better, but less than 2 months into owning this pan I'm looking for a new pan. No more ceramic pans for me, I'm going back to normal non-stick. Avoid this pan. It has one job and it doesn't do it well. This plan is ideal for someone who never cooks, or almost never cooks. If you cook once or twice a year, it'll be perfect. If you cook 3 or 4 times a week? Avoid.

Wonderful single egg pan

I purchased this pan to cook morning eggs on. I do really like this pan a great deal. It does not seem to stick the eggs at all with very little butter used. Clean up is a really easy task also as a light rinse- or even just wiped out with towel is good enough. My only issue is I wish it were just a tad larger, just large enough for two eggs in fact. But for its intended purpose it is very good. I will likely purchase another for a family member also. Good value at the current price point.
