I use these in my [ASIN:B003DQO7ES Bosch RH328VC 1-1/8-Inch SDS Rotary Hammer]] to drill concrete. They're about the same durability as the Bosch branded SDS drill bits (I honestly can't tell if they drill longer or shorter, so let's call it equal in durability), but roughly half the price. I've been very pleased with them and have bought several more Hawera branded bits since trying these specific ones out. I'd highly recommend them. The only reason it's four stars instead of 5, is you could always use more durability. It would be nice if they were somehow magically cheaper than the bosch drill bits and longer lasting.

After one inch of drilling through CMU block, the bit snapped where it meets the chuck. I would call it installer error if it wasn't for the fact it was in a drill press.
