Great for a few months, until it stops working
I bought this for one specific reason: to dry my towel after showering. It worked well until it stopped working entirely. I got this in September and used it every day for 3 months. I used this in a standing mode, rather than mounting it to the wall. The timer function worked great for me and the 4 hour one dried my towel a satisfactory amount. 3 months in though, I tried to turn it on and it refused to work. It went from working well to not turning on. After following some troubleshooting guidelines and contacting the seller, there was nothing to be done. Unfortunately, the warranty for this is only 90 days. The seller offered to replace mine but said it would cost $25 to mail a new one. Not really a good deal for something that has a shelf-life of 3 months and costs less than $60. Spend money for a better one or you'll just be buying these over and over.

Warm towel for morning shower
I already have one (similar) I bought at bed bath & beyond 14+ years ago and love it. For best result you have to use a heavy blanket or heavy towel over and your usable towels beneath to get warm. Without covering the towels the heat escapes and don't warm the towels enough. I purchased this for my awesome neighbors/friends they have become my son's un official Aunt & Uncle. I hope they like it as much as I do.

Smaller than you think
This item performs well but does not fully fit a full size bath towel. In spite of that, it does warm and dry the towel which is it’s function. The control buttons are well placed if you wall mount, but inconvenient if you use the stand alone option.

It's OK
We have owned several towel warmers. We moved recently and left our old warmers with the old house. This one is not as good as what we've had before. It shuts off after 2 or 4 hours which means, if you take an early morning shower, your towels won't be warm. Also the on/off switch is inside on the bottom and is hard to reach and see. For a senior citizen, this feature is not the best alternative. Also our warmer arrived with a slight dent on one of the rails; it didn't affect the warming feature. The price was OK so we won't send back.

Barley warms towels
It would be great for small towels but it barely warms a normal towel to shower in. I left a towel on it for 2 hours so it would be warm when i get out of the shower but it was barley warm where it was touching the racks.

Works great , my only complaint is if you have giant towels like 6” then you have to double fold them b4 you can put it on the rack
