PURCHASED A FULL SET PLUS TWO EXTRA PANS....AND LOVE THEM! HOWEVER, THEY WILL SCRATCH AND CHIP (EXTERIOR) IS NOT CAREFULLY USED. AFTER HAVING USED THEM FOR MONTHS NOW, HAVE FOUND COOKING IS EVEN AND DEPENDABLY ACHIEVED. WITH PROPER CARE, WILL PROVIDE MANY ENJOYABLE COOKING EXPERIENCES. ENJOY THEM SO MUCH SO THAT THIS ITEM HAS BECOME GIFTABLE WITH HAPPY RESULTS!

Not really nonstick
From the get-go, the pan's nonstick capabilities were mediocre. I could make eggs, but everything stuck a little--scrambled eggs needing scraping with a rigid silicone spatula. The last straw was today, when I tried to make blintz wrappers. Every one stuck. I melted butter in the pan and poured in the batter, swirling it around, and waited for it to set. I absolutely could not unstick it without tearing the wrapper. I made multiple attempts, varying them: more butter, less butter. More batter, less batter. All tore. I figured I'm just incompetent at making them, but then I took out a Nordic Ware pan (I hadn't used it because the flat bottom is a little smaller than the Kenmore's). It worked perfectly. One after the other came out effortlessly; I didn't have to pay attention to how I did or, or even to add more butter. Because of this stupid Kenmore pan I wasted half my batter (and so had half the filling left over). I should have used the Nordic Ware to start.

Great pans except for outside enamel paint
Love these pans and would buy again, with the proviso that you do not use cooking spray and hand wash. The only thing I would like toI manufacturer to fix would be to put more coats of enamel paint on the outside as it starts chipping after about a year of use. I love the bright blue color, so If they would add more coats so that the blue color lasted longer, I think they could charge more for the pans. I have had my set for 2 years and the inside is holding up well, it is just the enamel paint is chipping on most of the pans.

Large Kenmore frying pan appears to be defective
I am assuming that the large Kenmore frying pan is a defect since these pans were rated at the top of the list by Consumer Reports. It was advertised to be used on a induction stove so that is why I am think this pan is a defect. The smaller frying pan works great as advertised and we use it for making thin Swedish pancakes. Both are excellent as non stick pans. However, as you can see in the photo (after frying bacon), the large frying pan is bowed up and does not have a flat bottom. I plan on returning them and replacing them with the same product.

I got these pans to use in my RV because they are lightweight. The last set (a different brand) was ruined because I didn’t know how to cook on ceramic. I recommend reading up on ceramic cookware before buying. I read reviews for these and decided to order them. The pans look nice, are well made and very easy to clean. I like frying bacon in these pans though they cannot be used for searing meat and are great for sautéing vegetables and cooking eggs. Food just slides right out onto your plate.

Best So Far
I have tried a few different ceramic pans without much success. I'm not sure if it had to do with the pan or my learning ability. These so far have worked exceptionally well. With a little oil, they turn out shimmering eggs and crisp but thoroughly cooked vegetables. They are a bit heavy, but I prefer that. I should add that I'm also more careful to follow the rules including no high heat and no olive oil. One star off for these restrictions (no olive oil!)...and two and a half stars off on my learning speed.

Consumer reports is absolutely correct
These are by far the best non stick pans for the price! The bottom is nice and big on both and thankfully not painted, I’ve had too many inexpensive pans with paint basically melt off onto my cooktop and mar the look of the pans. So glad I waited for these to come back in stock rather than being impatient and settling on something I wouldn’t have been so happy using.

Non-Stick Sticks!!
Purchased this in May 2,2021 and was good at first suddenly even pancakes are sticking terribly. I’m very unhappy!! I want my money back.
