Harten, pinwheels, ovalen en vierkanten - maak in een handomdraai tientallen lekkere koekjes met de Kuhn Rikon Cookie Press. Het roestvrijstalen activeringsmechanisme maakt het gemakkelijk om met één hand (of je nu links- of rechtshandig bent!) koekjes te maken met behulp van een van de 14 verwisselbare schijven. Inbegrepen zijn 6 spuitmondjes voor het op maat decoreren van koekjes, taarten en meer. Gebruik het voor het vullen van hors d'oeuvres of het spuiten van aardappelpuree op hoofdgerechten. Far Superior Compared to Cuisinart Garbage
The set is far superior to the garbage and cheaply made Cuisinart set; made of cheap scratch-able plastic plates, thin garbage acrylic tube without any box or storage solution to store its many parts. This one is the opposite. Comes with a great organizer box, the plates are made of stainless steel and although they didn't feature everything I was looking for, they are more varied and useful than that of the cuisinat version. The plates are prone to scratches. Above all it works. I only wished that instead of acrylic, they used glass for the tube. Another suggestion/future improvement for this product is to create plates for extruding pasta/noodles. It would make it that much more useful. This product is non-existent at the moment with many half baked products that are poorly designed and/or incomplete.

Works great for cheese straws
I was looking for a cookie press that is strong enough for cheese straws, I’ll probably use it for cookies too but it was so easy to use. Comes apart completely and easily and is so easy to clean. I would highly recommend this cookie press ????

Makes pretty cookies and is easy to clean.
The press makes really nice cheesestraws and attractive cookies. It is easy to load, use, and clean after you are done using it. I also like the handy storage box.

Nice Spritz Cookie Gun
I'm really happy I purchased this spritz cookie gun. Though I think it wasn't brand new because the outer package was opened. I marked it down a star because of this. I used the first recipe in the booklet for vanilla cardamom cookies. I slightly changed up the recipe, taking out the cardamom and substituting some vanilla with almond extract. This gives that flavor for the Danish butter cookies. The recipe was great, the flavor and texture worked out good. Using the gun was great too, so far I have tried half of the disks. I was not happy with the butterfly disk. It did not come out right and was pretty disappointing. The flowers and wreaths worked out great. The quality of the gun and disks are fairly similar to the Wilton spritz gun, except the disks for the Kuhn Rikon is made of metal instead of plastic. I found that when making the cookies and pressing them on to the sheet the dough shouldn't be cold. The tray for the cookies should obviously be ungreased, so be careful using new sheet trays. I used foil, but even that isn't the best method for spritz cookies. Make sure the dough is slightly sticky, but not gooey. Spritz cookies used to be aggravating to make, but this gun and a good recipe makes it easier.

This cookie press is worth buying
My first time using a cookie press and once I was able to work through the instructions and made a few errors, I like this product. It’s not too big or too hard to force the dough through the chamber even with my weak hands. It’s easy to clean after use and I love the convenience of not having to hand mold each cookie. A good purchase!

Could use an update
While I really wanted this item to work well, I found that when I'm using it for filling deviled eggs, or frosting the plunger isnt tight enough on the tube inside therefore it doesn't push all the filling towards the end and it "backs up" behind it. I haven't used it for making cookies yet but I imagine it'll be the same way. Perhaps a rubber ring around the plunger would work well to scrape against the side of the tube. Also, they'd be better off with a cardboard or a hard plastic insert for the storage box to keep all the disc's and tips in place. The flimsy plastic that is in the storage box now is worthless.. Otherwise, it is a very nice set with all the pieces it comes with.

Sturdy construction with a wide variety of uses
This cookie press/ pastry bag is so versatile. I also really appreciate the sturdy plastic case that easily holds all the pieces. I used it as a cookie press but definitely would use it for icing/piping in the future. The clear plastic allows you to see exactly how much is left.

Great press

Im"pressed"
I had never used a cookie press before, so I was looking for something of adequate quality at a reasonable price. After using this press once, I was glad it was fairly sturdy and easy to use. I recommend it.
