EDIT: After nicely listing my frustrations via email to the manufacturer, along with screenshots of 0 customer service, the manufacturer has issued me a replacement cord. ..... If you're feeling frisky, this machine might be a good addition to your red room. But make sure you can pay for two! Why? Because there is absolutely ZERO customer service if something breaks. Seller says they don't sell parts, contact manufacturer. Manufacturer only sells to vendors. Vendors (and I have tried MANY), only sell machines. Universal power cords do not fit this machine. I've tried everything I know minus taking this to a shop and having it hard wired. $700 paper weight. Thats what I own. A paper weight. Great while it worked! Frustrating to get it set up, but heaven forbid if something breaks.

Expensive, takes ages to set up - high quality - could have better attachments

OK lets have a grown up review. You are thinking of buying this because it looks great in the on-line videos. You might have had a couple of drinks. You guess your missus will love it. Or you will. The reality is, that while this is an excellent machine, it takes planning (and time) to work out how to get the best out of it, the best position, what to stand it on, getting the power lead extension to reach... in other words by the time you get this ready to use, the moment could be lost. Supposing you got all the above sorted.. and your missus hasn't fallen asleep, this is a nice, powerful, almost silent machine, and the only one with a choice of (single or dual use rods), an optional wired remote, and a rechargeable wireless remote with vibration and heating tip, and three insertable toys (included). If you want bigger toys there are a couple of adapters included, a bit like the vac-u-lock system (I found I could remove the battery pack from one of the missus's bigger toys and insert the adapter and it works quite well) so there is flexibility with what you might have under the bed. Couple of other things.. mine arrived damaged. The plastic panels on both sides of the machine were broken. Also mine arrived in US spec. No UK power adapter. Check carefully. Also this is heavy. So, as an addition to your sex toy collection, this is great, but, something you will probably only use occasionally, it's hugely expensive, the included toys could be better, (definitely use your own!) Have a good excuse ready when you are asked why you just spent a months' mortgage on it :)

I love this machine

Well where do I start.. I’ve have my Love Botz Dp for over two years and must say I love it .. It’s was a great addition to my dungeon and is now one of my go to toys for most sessions.. Yes it’s heavy and I guess for some this could be an issue. To add to this my understanding is that parts can be a problem… I have only encountered one issue so far .. I wore out one of the bushing blocks … This was particularly my fault as I wasn’t as quick to regrease as I should have been. that being said anyone with a little shop skill can make a new one which is exactly what I did. Any issues this machine may have can with a little ingenuity be fixed.. I have also built a multi position mount for it so any Position is possible.. I have read all the reviews for this machine and although it may not be for everyone, those wanting a machine that can leaves your partners speechless satisfied and wanting to come back for more this is in my opinion a must have ..
