Great mat

This is a nice size mat with marks to help you focus on placement of hands feet ect. It doesn't slide around, seems very sturdy when I do a workout.

After using this product just a few weeks, it is definitely NOT Non=Slip.

Have used for several yoga classes and it is not non=slip as advertised . It seemed OK at first, but I have since slipped several times while doing poses and was planning to return today. However, I apparently missed the return deadline by 2 days. Wasted money on this product.

I like everything about it except for the fact that I slip when I use it. There is not much grip to begin with then you sweat on it and you slip even more.

My feet wouldn't grip this mat making yoga poses difficult. The item was returned.
