seems like it drags
it arrival well, but used it on 6/245/2022 on my dogs' feet doesn't seems to sharp and even pulls the hair a little.

Doesn’t cut well
Blade leaves streaks. When cutting it doesn’t cut evenly. I tried this blade on multiple clippers with the same effect. Ended up having to switch to an old blade since this one cut so poorly.

but still seems like a puppy to us
We have a male miniature poodle that we groom ourselves with a puppy cut (he's nine, but still seems like a puppy to us.) Being a guy, I don't care for the traditional poodle cut. This blade leaves the hair about the right length over most of the body and legs. All the Oster Cryogen-X blades that I've tried have been good quality. This blade is no exception. It's a nice compromise. It cuts the hair short enough to not need frequent cutting, but leaves it long enough to produce a nice appearance. This blade and the number 10 blade both easily remove the hair. However, the number 10 blade leaves him looking like a skinned rat. The dog doesn't care, but the wife does. The number 3 blade leaves the hair an attractive length, but is more difficult to push through any hair that is starting to get matted. Of the three blades that we use, numbers 3, 7F and 10, this blade is my favourite.

So much better than the silver colored ones
These are great, long lasting, safe, sharp, easy to clean and very effective. I have an Oster a5 dog grooming clipper. This fits and works perfectly. This kind of blade is much quieter when attached that the silver ones of the same brand and size. I have several like this in various sizes, I will not buy anything but this type.

Excellent Winter Cut
I bought one of these when I was grooming a Newfoundland that needed a long cut with a durable blade. When I started grooming Poodles, it turned out to be a perfect length for a winter cut. I like poodles for their incredible intelligence and love of fun, not for competition, and a longer winter cut is my choice over a decorative or competition cut. Oster makes an excellent blade, especially durable I use this blade, or a slightly shorter one for almost every trim I do.

Fit well on my AGC Super 2 Speed clippers
Fit well on my AGC Super 2 Speed clippers. I used it on my Australian Labradoodle and it went through his hair smoothly. It was the perfect length for a good summer cut without shaving or seeing skin. Also, the blade did not get as hot as quickly as some others I have. I would suggest getting the narrow blade in addition to this one. It is much easier to do paws.

Clipper blade
I have not use this blade yet. But have clipped dogs for many years and always buy Oster blades. I purchased two blades last time One size 5 Cryogen x- AglON elite and its been fantastic. takes any hair/fur and never clogs. The other blade I brought was a normal 7 Oster and it has never cuts, always sticks and you have to re- clean and slide blades which if you clip dogs this is a waste of time. And often it still doesnt work. So hope this blade works well. I will be returning if not due to it costing double. But heres hoping. I have now used this blade and its wonderful. It works!!!!
