Triple head loosens internally
I have a 65' one that I use all the time and the 3 plug connector...where the plug goes inside...loosen within a year and don't hold the plugs tight anymore.

Mostly good.
This is a nice product that I think will last quite a while, and do exactly what I was wanting it to do. I was one last try away from sending it back because the mechanism would not latch the cable and kept sucking it back in. I was able to shave off some plastic from the mismanufactured plastic pivot for the ratchet latch so that the latch would move freely and catch. Crisis averted, all is good now. Now works as intended.

Great for the price
I got this cord and have only used it a couple times but it's just as good or better than the ones I've gotten at big name stores. Haven't had it for very long but gave it 4's as I have high hopes compared to others I've used

Works good, what can I say? Company stands behind it too.
It does exactly what it says, it's a an extension cord in a retracting wheel housing. Does that job nice and cleanly. Seems sturdy and the power cable is thick and well insulated. Extra bonus is the company stands behind the product, I had a problem and they offered to send me a replacement without issue. That is a relief these days. Would buy again definitely.

Works good retracting is a bit slow from time to time will need to clean it from time to time.
Heavy gauge cord. Works well. I do have to clean the cord very few months to get it to retract when it's really dirty just spray on some silicon and wipe the cord as it retracts.

I've had this for a year. It's ok but the retract isn't strong enough. I'm probably going to take it apart to wind the spring tighter.

Great for garage power tools
EDIT: it broke in under a year with only very light use and the manufacturer ignores all inquiries for product support or warranty. AVOID. It's an expensive paperweight now. ----- It seems hard to find an extension reel that's 12 gauge wire so it can take a full 15 amp tool (so many of them seem to be 14-16 gauge!). This one was a great price, met my needs for 12AWG, and has a nice length and triple socket end. It's been great for increasing garage shop safety by getting cables off the floor and moved overhead.

Great Product
It was as advertised and installed like a breeze. The only issue is the instructions do not show you how to take the mounting bracket off to install separately. There are screws on both side that have to be removed to remove the mounting bracket. Once i figured this out, it took about 5 minutes to install the bracket and hang the unit. Works great.

Has functioned well, 1 year after installation
Firstly, I would not consider myself an intensive/heavy user of this product. I have found the product has performed well through 1 year of use. I have not experienced any issues with the recoil mechanism, just be patient with the cord coil and you should have a good use case with this product. Compared to a similar air hose coiler, that is metal and more 'professional-grade,' this is a little less sturdy and you should treat/use it that way. The power cord seems well made and has stood up to moderate use.

Excellent
Heavy and sturdy. Works great. I like the fact that it is 15 amps and has 3 sockets on the end of the cable. I took the mounting bracket off and mounted it on a beam overhead. Then I loosened the mounting bolts, slid the bracket off again and reattached it to the cable housing. That made mounting it much easier. I just slid the bracket back onto the mounting bolts and tightened them up. I recommend this product.

Almost started a fire in my garage
DO NOT BUY. Almost started a fire in my garage after only 5 months of light use. Sparks flew when I plugged it into my shop vacuum and the vacuum plug cord shot out and went flying across the floor. Can't find a away to contact company. Would give 0 stars if possible.
