De Sanitaire Steam Mop SC320A is geschikt voor commercieel gebruik, lichtgewicht, gebruiksvriendelijk en reinigt uw verzegelde harde vloeren zonder agressieve chemicaliën. I do like this mop, but I have two issues with it
So this is the best steam mop I've had over the years. It does a wonderful job, is lightweight, fast to heat, and, overall, I'm happy with it. However, I do have two issues: One, I'm 72 years old and have arthritis in my hands. It's very difficult for me to grip the water container up out of it's set position to refill. My hands are small, as well, so it's painful. I get it done, but...it's painful. And two, just like other mops I've had in the past, it's top-heavy and tips over, banging onto the floor each time. I worry that it's going to break - or put a hole in a wall. If I were designing it, I'd put a little handle on the water container so it's easy to pull out of its locked position, and I'd redistribute the weight somehow so it doesn't tip. There you have it. My two cents worth. Onward!

So far it’s great
Easy to use and seems to do a good job cleaning my porcelain floors. No streaks or puddles left behind. It heats up quickly and leaves the floor looking good. There are 3 steam settings and I’ve had it on medium. The water tank is small but it lasts a surprisingly long time. They include 3 cloth mop heads and you need them to get through several rooms as it picks up a lot of dirt!

Does a great job and a good buy!
Just finished using this Sanitaire steam mop the fourth time and I couldn't be happier. It's does a great job on our vinyl plank floors on either the low or medium steam setting. I read you aren't supposed to use steam mops on vinyl plank flooring but ours are interlocking & not glued down. I've seen no issue, as long as you don't let it SIT in one place, keep it moving. We were using a microfiber pad and a bucket of water before... I don't think this steam mop puts down near as much moisture. It's easy to maneuver due to the shape & swivel head, the mop pads fit securely and are easy to change. I can do three rooms and two bathrooms in record time. Love it. My only gripe is it's currently on sale $30 less than I paid for it a month ago! This Sanitaire is a quality product, you don't need to shop around, just buy it. You won't be disappointed.

Not sure
I have owned four steam cleaners like this, I ordered this one because it had a long cord. While the cord is great because of the length, it’s just too heavy for this particular machine. It doesn’t clean very well, the washable pads only have dirt in a couple spots on it when I am done cleaning instead of the whole thing being dirty which means it isn’t cleaning the floor! My other machines have worked great. I wouldn’t buy this one again. Go with the bissel one for sure.

This is a really solid steam mop
This is the Sanitaire mop head AFTER I mopped with my other steam mop! I bought the Sanitaire because my old steam mop was leaving streaks. No more streaks! The mop head cover has a really long nap that gets up all the dirt. The cord is very long, which is great. The steam mop is heavier than I expected, but feels very solid.

Won’t last a year
We purchased this on Amazon last December 2020. We’ve had it for 11 months and now it doesn’t work. It produces NO STEAM! We’re beyond the return window and stuck with a mop that’s useless. I’m also disappointed that we purchased extra bissell mop heads that are now useless. I loved the mop when it worked but it should last more than 11 months.

This steam mop seems like it is built for industrial use based on the sturdy construction and long, heavy-weight power cord. Competitors manufacturer flimsy devices that don’t hold up in demanding situations.
