Missing suspension insert
I ordered two of these and one was shipped without the suspension insert. I went through the trouble to return and the replacement was also missing the insert. I'm assuming this is faulty packaging from the manufacturer, since the insert does require installation and the helmet and insert are packaged in an open bag. I'd suggest ordering from a different vendor.

Impossible or so hard to assemble
Parts came separately in the box. They are not assembled .After 20 years of wearing hard hats, this is the first time that I can not assemble a hard hat. No instruction was included, and even no useful youtube video. Absolutely wasting time.

Never again
The quality is meh, I could not figure out how to put it together to save my life, and I had a few others try. Returning it, I've never seen such a mIcky mouse setup. What baffles me is why they couldn't put it together prior to shipping. I may have gotten a return.
