Was what I was expecting.... but really just came to acknowledge that I DID receive this package FROM MY NEIGHBOR after it had been delivered to the wrong address ! But item works as expected... was not the one I originally wanted and found it on another site ( still waiting for IT to arrive.) this one has a stationary middle bar ... the one I actually wanted the roller is made into individual sections

Me and husband joined the gym about a year ago, want to get something to roll the after pain away. This is very very good, solid good quality build, the middle section is rubber, so it is not super harsh on the skin. I love the handles, as it make it so easy to hold, to roll, even put the pressure on. Very good piece of kit. 5 stars.

Great massage stick

A great roller. I'm using this to recover from a leg and knee injury and it works perfectly. I've been using this product everyday, multiple times a day for the last 3 months without any issues. It rolls well, has a soft rubber cover over the roller with comfortable grippy handles. It's the perfect size. I put a ton of pressure on this massage stick when rolling our my calfs and thighs to work out stiffness from muscle atrophy and it can take it. The roller rotates as one continuous piece, not as individual smaller rollers as the picture may suggest. This doesn't make a difference, at least not to me, but something to be aware of for some prior to purchasing.

This thing is the real deal. I spent the extra after a sub-par experience with a plastic bead version. The substantial feel of this unit and the smooth rolling cylinder make it easy to use. Much more rolling, much less grinding. Rolling out your muscles is painful enough, get the right tools!
