Neat design. Seems sturdy and easy to install. Not complex, works on front or rear.
Got them in less than a week, so the shipping was fast. They are much larger than the pic gives them credit for. The seem to be pretty sturdy. I ordered two but im not sure if the i will be able to use the second one on the rear wheel once i get everything else on the bike. The attachment mechanism is pretty smart and easy to use. This looks like it would be perfect for urban or suburban or even rural commuting, looks like it would work on full suspension rigs as well as rigid set ups. The packaging confirms this. I dont think this would work so well for off road trail riding or anything like downhill or cyclocross, i think it would break under realy hard use. It wilk keep water off but heavy mud or impact might be too much for it. It might even be sturdy enough to mount a small light on if one wanted, nothing super heavy, but something small would mount on it if one were inclined to do so. It doesnt have mounting spots for a light so that would be a diy thing. It does come with all the hardware to install it, but requires a hex key to do which is not included, at 23$ a piece, a 50 cent wrench could be included and the price point would still be acceptable. But its not a major issue, just knownyou will need a hex key, it tells you which one on the back of the package. Im still waiting for the bike im putting this on to get to me, sonfor now, im rating this a 4 stars based on price, quality, packaging and speed of delivery. I will get it installed and add to my review on funcionality and durability within three months of use. Like i said i may not be able to use the second one on the rear wheel, if i cant, i will keep it as a back up or for use on a second bike later. Addendum: apparently the end piece is reversible meaning that you can move it to the other end of the fender. There is a little zefal brand badge in a recess in one end and three screws on the under side, one of which holds the brand badge in place. On the other end, the mud flap end piece fits into the recess and has two tabs that fit into screw holes underneath. There is an integral name badge on the mud flap amd thats where the middle screw goes. I mention this because i was toying arpund woth it and broke the mud flap emd piece off and noticed all the rest. I glued the end piece back in place and it shpuld be fine, but use caution, that piece is fragile. Its not a super important piece anyway, so if it comes off, oh well.

Robust and Stylish Design
I purchased two Zefal No-Mud Mudguard Fenders to put on my daughter 24 inch full suspension mountain bike. All the frame cross-sections that the 2 fenders attached to were either oval or round. Installation was easy. Took about 30 minutes to install both including reading the instruction (time for finding and watching the instruction video on youtube on installation not included, it was a big help). The fenders were well designed and were mounted securely on the bike. The fenders were made of high quality molded plastic. The plastic is tough and can withstand fair amount of the usual unintended impact load from daily use of the bike. My daughter has taken the bike with her to college and has been taking short rides on campus daily for a week since school started. So far so good, but the real test is yet to come after rainy season begins. Will report back on whether fenders succeed to keep mud off her. I rate the product 4 star for now. I could not give 5 star rating since I don't know how they perform after the rain.

I have a Dahon Speed P8 folding bike which did not come with fenders and I purchased this fender specifically for the rear tire. Given the folding nature of the bike I found other fenders of comparable price that attach onto the seat post downtube (I hope that's the correct terminology) to be a complete headache as the folding design of these types of bikes often calls for the collapse of the seat post. However, this fender attaches perfectly onto the rear wheel frame without interference to folding or altering the ultimate folded size of the bike. Other reviews have hinted that it seems too small for their full-sized mountain bikes but for 20" wheels of my folding bike it performs amazing. As to the quality, my bike is thrown about on trains and such and even the cyclic folding of my bike on my daily commutes puts routine stress on the rear fender (say when I slam/fold my bike in half) and I can't detect any points or signs of failure in the material or any give from my initial placement/installation of the fender on my frame. I've since gone on to recommend it to other fenderless folding bike riders on my commute.

Most versatile easy-to-fit fender that I've encountered
This fender is good for training / casual / occasional use. It does a great job of keeping your cycling clothes from soaking through or getting the dreaded brown stripe up your backside when riding in inclement weather. They do not have enough coverage to trust to keep your work clothes clean when commuting though, for that you'll want a more traditional full-fender. For bikes without fender mounts, though, this is the most stable and best coverage that I've found for the money.

Great Fender!
I had almost given up finding a fender that would mount effectively to my hybrid bike with disc brakes. Front suspension fork, and no lower mount points for a fender. This fender fits perfect! I have 700c wheels, and the fender tracks the shape of the wheel perfectly, hugging the tire closely and catching the spray before it gets to me or the bike. Splashing through a puddle will still cause some spray to get on my feet, but that can't really be helped. The one complaint I have is the fender is far enough back that my toes can hit it when I turn the wheel sharp enough to get in front of my feet. This is minor though, as you will rarely turn the wheel that far over in normal city riding, and it has become second nature to have the outside foot back and out of the way in a tighter turn.

Fits well
This deflector was a pair to install. There's a YouTube video on zefal to help but definitely a headache. But it fits perfectly over my 27.5 tires.

Disappointed
The quality and fit of this fender are great, however, while installed on the front of my bike, it directs water straight onto my feet, soaking my shoes. I get less wet without the fender.

compatible 29 pouces
bien que prévu pour les roues 26 et 27.5 pouces, il se monte sur les 29 pouces. Il faut un peu bricolé quand même. le systéme de fixation est sérieux. produit que je recommande. mais une version spécifique 29 pouce serait le TOP.
